Thought the nut was beyond mangled, so brought a new bung to Warner’s to have them weld it in since the other was a lost cause. They were able to get the old dead sensor out easily and even installed the new one quickly. 5/5 experience!”

“I came here for an oil change with my 2023 ford escape. First I must say the customer service was top tier from the moment I walked in the door. They greeted me with a smile and were more than happy to get me right in. He did a quick inspection for me and immediately realized I needed new brakes and rotors. I was going out of town in 2 days on a drive that would total about 1500 miles and I had very limited time and many appointments. He gladly worked with our schedules to get me in tip top shape right before my trip. He even ensured that I was able to get to all of my appointments on time. Hands down, the best service ive received in Oceanside and will continue to bring all of our vehicles here for any future maintenance.”

“So we spent about an hour and a half doing our best to get our buddies car out of his garage in Vista, but to no avail, it didn't work. 24 hr towing Oceanside was the only one that answered the phone and said they had multiple trucks out and would swing by to help tow the car out and get it on their truck so we could get it over to our other friends house in Carlsbad to his garage so we could work on the engine.. Thanks again guys! Life savers..”

“Today the technician for battery service went above and beyond! I apologize i cant recall his name but the young man was professional and very kind. I had a cat trapped under my car. I called OPD who sent me to animal control which told me they couldn't help! Google recommended to contact AAA who then dispatched NK towing. Unfortunately we did not get to the kitten in time. I was extrememly upset and this young man was very kind offering comforting words after he was able to locate the kitten. Thank you!”

“Another shop told me I needed wheel bearings for my 2012 Mercedes E350. Called Laels' for an estimate and he told me to bring it in and he would do a diagnostic at no charge. He let me speak to his Mercedes tech, Orlando, who drove it, put it up on the lift and said I needed engine mounts. Long story short, I got the work down there and on the way home my wife was so excited she actually made me pull over so I could drive it. It felt like when it was new! So smooth. Thank-you Orlando and Lael, we're extremely happy with the work done.”
