THE BEST post office period. Staff are so quick, professional, friendly, and ON their gig! I've had plenty of neighborhood post offices over my 70+ years, Carlsbad definitely ranks TOPS. I live in a neighboring town, but still drive to Carlsbad, just for the folks that work there. FIVE+STARS

As a business owner that works with other local businesses I can't emphasize enough how much going to this location doesn't feel like an errand. The guys that work the front are really stellar at Customer Service and I've never had any issues with anything ( I'm there at least 1 time a week)

We at Canvas Marketing love and appreciate everyone working there. They get yelled at a lot because they follow the rules. I’ve learned so much as a small business dealing with them but if it’s not right it’s not and you must have everything in order before you go to the window. Once you learn the flow of the post office you’ll appreciate the workers much more. Respect is earned, not given. Never missed not one package, bring your higher end stuff to this post office, they know what they’re doing.

USPS sucks when you’re expecting a package don’t expect the package to be on time sometimes They break your items They don’t take responsible for it they say some excuse like how did you know we broke it? I saw The person who dropped off my mail a while ago they threw my package at my front door and broke my item called USPS about it. They didn’t wanna be responsible for it so instead, they called me a liar.
