Today 1/24/2023 at 11 a.m. The behavior of one of the female employees was very bad and she spoke to me with condescension and arrogance, while I only asked her for papers to change the address. The employee must be polite while talking to the customer

if I can leave no stars I would Employees throwing packages on doorsteps damaging items and getting away with it called customer service they were no help. Apparently this is how the USPS handles packages now throwing them on customers doorsteps damaging them very disappointed.

Unreliable incompetent never answer the phone robot employees on auto pilot! What else would you expect???!! You're tax dollars hard at work!! Why has this become a standard that we come to expect from business these days?!! Please put a stop to this being acceptable behavior in business and service!!!
