“I brought my newly adopted dog here this week. The online appointment booking is extremely convenient. This is the only vet office that I have experienced that usually has next day appointments. The office itself feels nicer than most medical offices, and has cozy seating for pets. Check in was quick, and we were immediately placed into a nice room. The staff was extremely nice, and made Kira feel comfortable. The vet tech, and vet were also knowledgeable and kind. I brought my dog in for a check up, and minor concerns. I thought I’d be leaving with at least a $500 bill, and it was a fourth of that. 10/10 for our first visit, and this will become our primary!”

“I have all good things to say about the experience I had at this veterinary hospital. I brought my dog and cat for a wellness appointment and they were compassionate and patient. They took time with each pet to make them feel comfortable and accomplish what we needed to in the appointment. They were very helpful to carefully explain the answers to my questions, as well. It is hard to find good care for your animals, but I completely trust these folks and plan to bring my pets back. Thank you so SO much!”

They do the professional job you would expect, but there are also caring, compassionate people who obviously love animals. “My husband and I unfortunately had to put our cat down last week. The staff were very kind and compassionate. We had to make a very hard decision and we could tell they cared and treated our cat with kindness and love. It was a very welcoming environment overall. Saying goodbye to my cat was one of the hardest moments of my life and they never once made us feel rushed or stressed about having to make the decision. We got to spend as much time as we wanted with her before euthanizing and everything was explained to us very thoroughly. We will forever miss her but I am so grateful that we went to VCA and I know she was treated with kindness, respect, and love.”

“I took my boxer to see Dr. Hall for a checkup. Everyone there was very kind and knowledgeable and very gentle with my dog. She took her time examining my dog. Not one the the practices that puts you on a time schedule then says you're done. Dr. Hall is one of the nicest vets in the area. I would recommend her office to everyone.”
