“My husband and I unfortunately had to put our cat down last week. The staff were very kind and compassionate. We had to make a very hard decision and we could tell they cared and treated our cat with kindness and love. It was a very welcoming environment overall. Saying goodbye to my cat was one of the hardest moments of my life and they never once made us feel rushed or stressed about having to make the decision. We got to spend as much time as we wanted with her before euthanizing and everything was explained to us very thoroughly. We will forever miss her but I am so grateful that we went to VCA and I know she was treated with kindness, respect, and love.”
