Worst internet service! Tech was scheduled to come out and cancelled 3 times,on the day they were to come out. If you work from home, I would not recommend this provider. If I could have selected 0 stars I would. Hours wasted on phone, days missed from work. Canceled the service.

0/10! They were no-call no-show on first appointment and blamed miscommunication from their corporate office down to the local installers. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. Same issue. Viasat is NOT worth your time or headache!

Worst internet provider in the world, they don't care about the people, only the money. They refuse to help you and just charge you more and more to not fix your issue. I am cancelling, enjoy my $150 for unusable internet connection.
