West Inn & Suites is a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel just off the freeway. It offers a charming and homey feel with wonderfully quiet rooms and very comfy beds. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Guests enjoy a great free breakfast buffet with good coffee, variety, and yummy food, plus an evening treat of milk and cookies. Its central location allows for easy walks to Carlsbad beach and the village, and it is close to many great beaches. Parking is easy, and there is a little store full of snacks. It is a definitely worth it and wonderful place to stay.

The GM was so accommodating when we had to change our reservation halfway through our stay, all of the staff was beyond friendly and helpful, breakfast was delightful, rooms spacious and very comfortable bed. Will stay again!
