They offered drinks and snacks while I waited which was really nice.
Slightly concerned that the front desk handles a lot of the work. They handled my account application to open a savings account and dealt with depositing checks and other things.
I can’t speak for the staff but it might be good to get another worker at the front desk or delegate other people to help with certain areas.”
