We are long-term BofA customers who have seen the contraction of staff and the apparent disregard of top management deteriorate over the years. BUT ... last week when I was calling around to find a safety deposit box (and 7 branches had failed to even pick up the phone!! - not even pick up the phone) Hai Tran picked up the phone, talked to me in real-time, and set up an appointment for the next morning. The next morning, as scheduled, he assigned competent staff to help me and the task was done right, the first time, less than 24 hours after my call. We appreciate that.”

“I've mostly had good experiences at Wells Fargo, and have frequented locations across the country. Stopped here recently for a cashier's check. There was a line. Service was quick and professional. My teller even offered to fill my water bottle with water from the back, after I was told there was no fountain in the Safeway.”
