I have banked with a local credit union for over 25 years and my credit union would not match El Dorado Savings Bank home loan rate when I purchased my second home five years ago.I have chosen to leave S.A.F.E. after 25 years because their customer service has gotten worse every year over the past ten years and they are no longer for "YOU" as they claim. I will be opening a new account at El Dorado Savings Bank Monday and transferring my accounts once my direct deposit is transferred.”

“I read tand I'm surprised - everyone has their own experience, for example, on Aburn / Madison, usually I stand in line for 15 minutes longer, and here faster - the cashiers are faster and more pleasant. Maybe the people who wrote bad about this office are promoting their own. And on Elkhorn, - І barely asked for a favor that took them than an hour to solve. What I like most here, on Manzanite, is the pleasant fast professionalism, no longer than 2-5 minutes of waiting, even though I don't even know English. Nowhere was I so good.”

“I acquired a car that had a lot of wire damage from rats. A lot of lights didn't work. Some went on and drained the battery. Glen worked three hours or more replacing all those wires. I was driving a fire hazard!! The cost was less then I expected. Now, I got lights when I'm supposed to and the brake light doesn't go on in the middle of the night! I am very happy with the results.
