“I am not a School's member, but I am a Safe Credit Union member. Not only is this the most convenient drive-thru ATM, has great lighting at night which helps make me feel safe and because I am a member of a credit union I do not get those extra charges using a different bank.”
“This is the best credit union around Sacramento and I have had membership in many. I have now been with SchoolsFirst for over 20 years! Used to be Schools Federal Credit Union. Customer service is top notch. Always someone there to help you find answers to any of your questions. Employees always greet customers with a friendly smile and "hello". They even greet me by my first name which makes me feel really special. I recently encountered a situation where someone had hacked into my computer and I was concerned that the hacker may have gotten some of my financial information. SchoolsFirst customer service reps. worked and guided me through the steps needed to resolve that situation. The hacker, by the way, had not been able to get into my financial information. This branch goes out of their way to keep your account safe as well as walking you through most any financial issues you may be having. Thank you SFFCU for your great customer service!!”

“This credit union is so special. The staff are friendly and truly go out of their way to know you by name. I love the holiday festivities they do with staff and members like me and others get to vote. They are pet friendly and on my birthday, they gave me a chocolate bar with Happy Birthday on it. So many little things that make this branch so special. Most importantly, when I had a financial challenge, they were there for me. The partnership is one I truly value and cherish. “Thank you to Lovelace Taylor for making what seemed impossible - possible! I had to get a Girl Scout troop bank account established which isn’t an easy task. We went to Wells Fargo and had a terrible experience, walked out of there and called US bank on broadway. Lovelace got the job done and we are so grateful to him. “The best part of receiving good customer service is that you don’t know what the customer has been through in the day. When you go to a place of business you getting treated like an human being means a lot. The bank teller “TK” had awesome customer service and made me feel good by having patience and understanding. “Open my account in 1980. They have always there when you need them. Polite, professional and confidential. Online access is wonderful when traveling. We have purchased 5 new cars and travel trailer and every purchase was efficient, no delays, easily accomplished with minutes.”

“I went there to get money from the ATM and ended up going to the teller, as it was she told me where to find it for my next visit if I wanted it next time. I sat in a huge entry way with a soft couch where I can use the USB port outlet to charge my phone or work on my laptop maybe.”

“Jorje Macias "MADE" time for me from day 1 .. Even though he was busy, he has always called me back and put time aside for me to help me with all my small needs.. He has become the branch manager lately but still makes time to serve me as a personal banker..When all other banks that I went to pushed me into a long wait with rude service, F&M was there for me and helped me on the spot.. They gave me free checking and helped me build my credit at a very low rate.. F & M bank on Florin road is the best in the business”

I was having kind of a rough day but the cashier (whose name I did not get) and Angela M. —branch manager— were helpful. Angela was very transparent and resourceful. Although my issue could not be resolved right then and there, Angela offered me her contact information to follow up on my request next week. Great customer service. Thank you, girls!”
