“This specific branch has always been so helpful! Very little wait times - almost always. And they resolve issues (if any) very quickly! Extremely kind employees and I am so happy I decided to open a bank account and with them. 10/10! There are a few ladies in particular who have helped me and been very kind and we’re willing to listen to me (even personal matters) And showed great Customer Service! I will be making another post once I get their names of these ladies in particular, as I lost a little sticky note that I had with their names on it. You guys are the best! I personally recommend going through safe credit union or opening an account with them!. Best bank hands down. They are there for you and have the best benefits!”

“This is my third visit to this financial wellness branch. It’s not a Golden 1 teller branch, so don’t expect that. That is why their specific Maps title says “resource center”. They do have ATMs outside and inside. I haven’t had to use them, but reviews from months ago say it was a rough start, so I’d recommend using the ATMs at a banking branch only. They are open the same hours as a regular branch.
The people here are freaking amazing. I’m always greeted and offered water. They check me in, I wait, and whomever *I’m here to see always treats me with the utmost respect. This is what is missing from some of the branches. Customer service here is so amazing. It makes me feel so good to come here. I don’t feel like I’m in trouble for trying to fix my credit. 😅
Big shoutout to Shaila!! I worked with her 3 times so far and each time I learn something new and make progress. I love it here! So happy they helped *revived the building. 🤩 Glad it’s being *put to use with the Sac Works Center!”

“I will never find a bank that was as wonderful as Merchants National in Sacramento. I banked there for many years and when I moved away from the area I used mail in order to retain their most excellent services. Not everyone knew my name but everyone recognized me and they all were pleasant and knew what they were doing. The only time there was an error with my accounts was when a young teller gave me an extra $100 and I didn't notice it at the time. I received a call within the hour of my bank visit asking me to return the money at my first possible convenience, which I did. I was treated with complete respect and with the confidence I would return the funds. I remembered how when a similar thing had happened at Bank of A$#@*#a and I was threatened with legal action etc. Merchants was a place where the customers were not just an account number, both they and their accounts were consistently treated with respect.”

“Thank you to Lovelace Taylor for making what seemed impossible - possible! I had to get a Girl Scout troop bank account established which isn’t an easy task. We went to Wells Fargo and had a terrible experience, walked out of there and called US bank on broadway. Lovelace got the job done and we are so grateful to him. “I have always liked BOW and have banked there for many years. On December 6th i lost my atm card. Today is December 19th and i was told that the manufacturing of the cards is under staffed and could not give me a date when i could get an ATM card replacement. Other banks provide in-house replacement cards while you wait. This would be a major improvement if BOW would do this.”

“This is the best credit union around Sacramento and I have had membership in many. I have now been with SchoolsFirst for over 20 years! Used to be Schools Federal Credit Union. Customer service is top notch. Always someone there to help you find answers to any of your questions. Employees always greet customers with a friendly smile and "hello". They even greet me by my first name which makes me feel really special. I recently encountered a situation where someone had hacked into my computer and I was concerned that the hacker may have gotten some of my financial information. SchoolsFirst customer service reps. worked and guided me through the steps needed to resolve that situation. The hacker, by the way, had not been able to get into my financial information. This branch goes out of their way to keep your account safe as well as walking you through most any financial issues you may be having. Thank you SFFCU for your great customer service!!”
