“Kit was SUPER helpful with rectifying my loan balance. I had a feeling that with many of my payments, the extra funds were not being applied to the principal. I always pay in person and write on the note how much is to be applied to the principal. I also state to the teller the excess to be applied to principal. She did find that 9 payments were incorrectly inputted! Kit went above and beyond to fix the errors.”

“Ms. Sharon is gonna mess around and make me leave my credit union in favor of Schools! I had a loan with Schools years ago and began receiving statements that showed I had hundreds of dollars in the account. Knowing that was incorrect, I stopped by to ask the staff to look up my account and go over it with me. I was greeted by Ms. Sharon (whom I would later learn is a manager), and another young lady. Ms. Sharon looked up my account and verified the funds were accurate, and that I put them there! She told me how to withdraw some of the monies (I didn't have an ATM or anything), made me an ATM card and then I asked about having the account closed, since I bank elsewhere. Ms. Sharon shared about the recent merger and how membership qualifications have changed, so I decided to keep the account open. I headed to the teller and was helped by Stephanie, who was very nice and provided additional information on how to manage my account. Lovely experience at Schools, I may be switching (primary) credit unions!”
“I went there to get money from the ATM and ended up going to the teller, as it was she told me where to find it for my next visit if I wanted it next time. I sat in a huge entry way with a soft couch where I can use the USB port outlet to charge my phone or work on my laptop maybe.”

“I just want to say that every time I go to this location everyone is super kind, acknowledging, customer service is amazing and I am just impressed. I came in today because I was being charged for a subscription at Lash Studio, which I canceled a month ago with documentation provided and they were still taking my money, basically stealing it and none of their managers would talk to me even when I came in person, anyways, the tellers were very kind and had me talk with a gentleman there, I forgot his name, but he helped me right away even though their systems JUST had crashed, he was still able to help me through the chase app and resolve my problems. My stolen money is now back in my account, I really appreciate all of you at this location!”

“I recently went into the Bradshaw Branch of the Sacramento Credit Union for a routine matter. The Branch Manager, Veronica Anguiano, and the teller listened to my concerns about a previous computer hack. They reviewed my loans and accounts and made recommendations that saved me about $350 per month. The teller also gave my dog treats and made me feel they care. That is why I continue to use the Sacramento Credit Union for my banking needs. I wish I remembered to write down the teller name. “Came here for the V101 Holiday Jam 2022 Featuring Ice Cube, Too Short, and more! Our seats were floor seats which was great bc they also had a special bar on that level. Getting in it is important to remember especially after covid times, and then of course all the shootings and stabbings going around to have a clear bag when you enter. I seemed to have slipped that memory and had to check my bag in before the show while the service was free they are/were only open for pick up 30 minutes after the event ended and was clear on the other side of the venue. Which meant, that I had a short window of time before that window was up and my purse was then somewhere else. Otherwise: note parking is off site and costs to park. I thin I paid $28 for the night. You walk from Golden 1 to the parking garage by means of what used to be the downtown mall. There of course was a fight between a few girls on the way to the car- classless children.”
