“We have used Madison Service, (Sinclair station at Madison Ave. and Manzanita Ave.) several times to tune up our air conditioning. Well finally the compressor in my wife's Buick Regal started working intermittently. Farshid suggested to alternatives, a diagnosis or just check and top off. I opted to have it filled, but before the car left the shop, it stopped cooling. Farshid did a diagnostic and it showed the compressor was the issue. He also noted the loud drive belt tensioner that made the engine sound as if it had a rattle. We had him fix the ac and replace the tensioner assembly. Once again, his quote was super reasonable and there were no surprises. The wife is happy, the air conditioning is cold (today it was 103), and the annoying rattling the engine was doing is gone! Farshid is amazing, friendly and gets it done. He will shop around for best prices on parts if you have the time. The important thing for me is that I trust Farshid!”

“Had an outstanding experience with Elijah both in person at the branch and then several days later over the phone. He made the absolute best of a difficult situation. He worked very quickly to help us out and when I called a few days later with a different request - remembered who we were and once again - took care of everything we needed done. He is a great asset to this office.”

“El Dorado Savings Bank has the best home loan rates and customer service! I have banked with a local credit union for over 25 years and my credit union would not match El Dorado Savings Bank home loan rate when I purchased my second home five years ago.I have chosen to leave S.A.F.E. after 25 years because their customer service has gotten worse every year over the past ten years and they are no longer for "YOU" as they claim. I will be opening a new account at El Dorado Savings Bank Monday and transferring my accounts once my direct deposit is transferred.”

“1 Walk up ATM outside. The staff is friendly and helpful. Since I've been banking with them, the ATM outside after hours was out of order, but I believe it was back in order for the next time I went. Like the next day.”

“Chris helped me set up a new checking and savings account. One of the nicest and professional people I've ever worked with. Great sense of humor. And he explained their services like a seasoned veteran. He's a Rams fan however. But I don't hold it against him. Thanks Chris!”

“I read tand I'm surprised - everyone has their own experience, for example, on Aburn / Madison, usually I stand in line for 15 minutes longer, and here faster - the cashiers are faster and more pleasant. Maybe the people who wrote bad about this office are promoting their own. And on Elkhorn, - І barely asked for a favor that took them than an hour to solve. What I like most here, on Manzanite, is the pleasant fast professionalism, no longer than 2-5 minutes of waiting, even though I don't even know English. Nowhere was I so good.”
