She saw my vision through the Pinterest board I linked and sure enough, the first dress we tried on was the one. “We had such an amazing experience shopping for a prom dress here! We originally found the style and size we wanted in-store and ordered the dress online. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it ran much smaller than expected.

Even though their policy states that online orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, the owner went above and beyond to help us. She immediately offered to exchange the dress for a larger size and even offered a full refund if we didn’t have enough time before prom.

Both dresses arrived in less than a week, which was incredibly impressive. To make the experience even better, the owner personally steamed the replacement dress for us, and it fit perfectly!
