“Hit the Folsom outlets this morning to find a dress for my wife. Volcom has some pretty stylish stuff and we found what we needed there. More importantly though was the prompt welcome and offer for assistance from Stephan. When my wife asked about other sizes (from the dressing room) he was quick to check and offer what they had. In addition to providing extremely good service, Stephan was very cordial and engaging in conversation, all while seamlessly attending to other customer needs as well. My wife and I left with a big smile after a very enjoyable stop in a retail store. Who knew experiences like this could be found in retail!”

I was finally as an Adult able to get the Ben Davis jacket that I've wanted since my first day of High School and boy oh boy am I super happy they had my size in-stock and available it was $100 but 100% worth every dollar. “Within one week, I bought six exceptional items in this store. I had been looking for something similar in all the "big names" stores and couldn't find anything. My friend recommended checking Moda Fashion; I gave it a chance and was very impressed.I bought three 100% cotton tops. Excellent quality: light but not see-through, great style, exciting colors. I got a lot of compliments while wearing them. They've already been washed a few times and are holding very well. The store had such a large selection that it took a lot of work for me to limit myself to just three tops.I also bought a 100% cotton bathrobe: much better quality and price than the one I had bought at Macy's. I'm going to go and buy another color as well.Two pairs of traveler's pants I bought are light, stretchy, and still hold the form. I had had my old ones from Chico's for many years and couldn't replace them with any others.The service is very attentive. Just let them know what you need, and they'll bring you the items to try on, as in an old-fashion boutique store.I recommend visiting the Moda Fashion store and checking their interesting clothing selection.”

“My daughter's friend recommended this shop. We agreed we'd check it out but didn't honestly expect to find anything in her style here. Wow, were we wrong! The store was bustling with customers but the mother/daughter pair that run the place greeted us warmly and asked what we were looking for. They were SO kind, cheerful, and helpful our entire visit. Exceptionally nice ladies. The store is clean and well lit, though the dressing room area could have better lighting and larger mirrors. There's a forest of mannequins at the front and middle of the store wearing a selection of different dresses (and men's formal wear), which is fun to see because the rest of the space is crammed with hanging dresses, sparkly accessories, and catalogs. I dare you not to find something beautiful here. I wanted to have an event to attend just so I could buy a gown! Be prepared to dig--the racks are packed--so many dresses, so crammed together, sizing in no particular order. It was overwhelming to sift through on our own. But somehow, the owner knows exactly her inventory and where things are. She was like Mary Poppins, pulling dresses from here and there that we'd missed, once my daughter shared what she was after. We were also told that if they didn't have the size needed, it could be ordered and received in just a few days. Amazing! My girl tried on 5 or 6 gowns but was frustrated; none were yet The One. Then the owner magically produced a stunning red number from somewhere in the closet to Narnia that is this store. Daughter side-eyed it. She hadn't tried a single red dress during any of our prom shopping before that, but she put it on and her ENTIRE mood brightened. She emerged from the dressing room with this amazed, beaming smile like she'd just found the meaning of life in there. I told the owner, Lady, take my money. LOL Value wise, the dress seems well made. Materials and stitching don't feel cheap, and the price was reasonable compared to other stores with similar styles. I will definitely want to return here for future prom dresses for her. Tip: Bring the shoes you plan to wear, if possible. If you find a dress, the ladies can mark the hem for tailoring (which will be needed unless you happen to be 6'5") and will send it out to be altered for you for a fairly reasonable price. Otherwise, you'll have to return with your shoes to be measured. (Or you can go to your own tailor, cool, but definitely compare prices)”
“Out of all the Ross Stores within close proximity to Citrus Heights, this location has been the best as far as selection and organized merchandise as one would expect from any store. I can tell you that this location is probably one of the few where you can find the bras according to their size marker. I also found the staff to be helpful and pleasant too! Shoes, Handbags ( locked and unlocked brands), and cosmetic (locked) are frequently an A + to B at this location.”
