“If you are struggling with using your CPAP, you need to visit Derek! Up to this point, I had ordered and tried over a half dozen CPAP masks online. I bounced between full face and nasal. In their showroom, I pointed out the masks that I tried and Derek explained why they most likely didn’t work for me based on the shape of my face and nose. He recommended a pillow style instead. It’s hard to find great service like this especially in an industry where most of the support has moved online ans/or over the phone.”
“I've purchased two mobility products from Turk's during the past year. A rollator and a PRIDE Go Chair. Since I can't walk on my own without severe pain (multiple lower back and right hip arthritic issues) - it's VERY important for me to be able to reach a "human voice" whenever I have a question or product issue! And at 81 yrs. of age, I've had my share of questions about the pros and cons of the various mobility models John has in his showroom! Yes, some of his models can be purchased a little less "on line" (BUT you have to assemble them!) and it can be a nightmare getting an actual "person" on the phone for even a simple answer!!! Turks has excellent customer service on any items they carry. That type of communication access ---when you're a senior AND handicapped is vital !!! John and Sherry run TURK ENTERPRSES like we all still lived in the TV sitcom "Mayberry" !! I hope others who need mobility items --take a ride to their showroom and meet John in person, "test drive" some of the inventory and support a local honest business here in the Sacramento area!”

“So far the CPAP device is working but it was overwhelming to see all the apps, websites, qr codes and pages of instruction materials. Too much is too much! Fortunately I have a former PT in the house who could cut through it all and get me set up. Getting a CPAP machine from Apria was not as difficult as getting someone from Kaiser Permanente on the line to ask about coverage and to order the device. I waited for nearly an hour three times on hold trying to talk to Durable Medical Equipment to find out the coverage and then I had trouble connecting with Kaiser's sleep therapy program.”
