“My past experience with compression garments were that they were so difficult to put on and so uncomfortable to wear that I couldn’t use them. I’ve had a totally different experience with Compression Obsession. They are extremely knowledgeable about the different levels of compression therapy, they ensure an excellent fit, they know tricks on how to put them on easily, and they are patient with the inevitable insurance delays and hurdles that come with compression therapy. My insurance company has referred me to multiple durable medical equipment companies that do NOT provide custom compression garments and have been a total waste of time and money. Compression Obsession is the only place I would choose for quality compression stockings to control swelling and edema. “I am writing to commend Cindy Y. at Broadway Medical Supply in Sacramento for the extraordinary level of care and dedication she provided while helping me secure my BiPAP machine.
She went way above and beyond to help me get my BiPAP machine, even though my healthcare provider made the process incredibly difficult with endless delays and paperwork issues. It took months to sort everything out, but Cindy worked with me, even made calls to the healthcare provider to prompt them to send the required documents, etc. Cindy always kept me informed and worked hard to make sure everything got done.
It wasn't easy, dealing with all the incompetence others brought into the mix. I can’t thank Cindy Y. in the Sacramento office of Broadway Medical Supply enough for all the help and support she gave me during such a stressful time!
