“Nick @ Bee Medical is my family's HERO!
My dad is a paralyzed veteran (non-service related SCI: para @T4) with an at-home hospital bed issued by the VA to prevent pressure sores. But it keeps breaking & it taking the VA weeks to fix it.
He was admitted to the hospital last week with new heart issues after his VA bed broke again, and was due to be discharged before his bed was repaired. :(
We contacted Nick to see if we could buy a comparable bed ourselves, out of pocket, to be used as a back-up for the 2+ times per year the VA bed seems to break. Nick went through all the options with us, found the best bed to meet my dad's specific body mechanics/limitations, AND our budget (no pressure to upgrade/exceed our budget).
Nick assured us he that would have a bed in our home THE NEXT DAY, even if the one we bought was delayed in delivery, im which case he'd bring us a rental for temporary use so Dad could come home ASAP. Nick was able to deliver our purchased bed, the very next day, just in time to put my dad to bed after his exhausting week-long hospital stay.
His new even bed comes with a 5 year manufacturer warranty service, including same/next day technicians, even on the weekends (which he personally services himself). This is an incredible relief, because Murphy's Law has always guaranteed Dad's VA bed broke at 5pm on Friday in the past, and we cant even call anyone till Monday to start the VA's PO process to order a service tech to inspect it. :(
Having this reassurance & local reliability will drastically reduce my mom's stress & panic every time the VA bed fails & takes dozens of calls & days to repair. Dad's now got a comfortable, affordable, 2nd bed in his room, that will never have the same downtime & red-tape, even if it has issues in the future.

“You know, a business like this and guy like Bill are really, really hard to find. This man and his crew are pros, are so nice and priced so reasonably. My plate cracked and I had to give a speech the next day--called six dentists including my own--nope. They weren't interested, they weren't available, they would leave me without repairs for 2-3 days, and they would charge $350. As for how one is treated? Most dentists could learn a lot from Bill--no shaming, no humiliation, no looking down on anyone, no attitude, none of the "how could you get yourself in this situation" tsk-tsking that goes on in the dentist's office--none of the usual judgments one can sense even if never spoken in a dentist's office. “My past experience with compression garments were that they were so difficult to put on and so uncomfortable to wear that I couldn’t use them. I’ve had a totally different experience with Compression Obsession. “I got my 5 year olds daughter's wheelchair in just a few weeks but when we went to pick it up it was a little small and I couldn't reach the handle bars to push her because they were so low. So they had another one, larger like the ones from the hospital. Her feet can't reach the bottom but I can reach the handle bars and it reclines with a head rest and padding for the legs. So that's good and it has to last 5 years so she will grow into it. I give it 4 stars the lady was nice but the wheel chair we left with isn't as nice as the one we were supposed to get.”

“I am writing to commend Cindy Y. at Broadway Medical Supply in Sacramento for the extraordinary level of care and dedication she provided while helping me secure my BiPAP machine.
She went way above and beyond to help me get my BiPAP machine, even though my healthcare provider made the process incredibly difficult with endless delays and paperwork issues. It took months to sort everything out, but Cindy worked with me, even made calls to the healthcare provider to prompt them to send the required documents, etc. Cindy always kept me informed and worked hard to make sure everything got done.
It wasn't easy, dealing with all the incompetence others brought into the mix. I can’t thank Cindy Y. in the Sacramento office of Broadway Medical Supply enough for all the help and support she gave me during such a stressful time!

“Went in today to get new chairs for our daughters and Chris and Patty did the evaluation for us and they were great! Very friendly and helpful and explained the whole process to us, even before we found the entrance a young man who worked there walked with us and showed us to the door! Very nice! As soon as we got inside we were greeted by several people and all were very friendly and polite! I would recommend National seating and Mobility to anyone!
