This is the best maintained public storage that I've found in the area... There's another very close to this one and the roll up doors are very difficult to open. The doors glide up easily here....
The manager is friendly and easy to talk to.... He also is knowledgeable as well as professional , but he's very down to earth.

The phone sales agent told me that the unit I was booking was the closest Public Storage facility to my house. It was not. After paying over the phone, I arrived at the unit and the pathways were almost too narrow to navigate my truck and trailer through. I called back and asked an agent for some help. She said that if I switch to the facility closer to my house, then I would lose the money I paid over the phone. I went to the office before unloading my trailer and asked if I could get a unit closer to the front gate. He told me if did, then I would lose the discounted rate I signed up for. Not the best customer service.
Update: I found out that the corporate call center was to blame for these issues and the local public storage facility was not at fault. I got a call from Camila at the local facility and she did her best to help me out. Now I know to do my homework before I book a unit to be sure I’m getting what I asked for.

It was the 4th of July and I was under the impression no one would be in the office so I ordered a space online which ended up being too small. So I ordered a larger one and the door was off the tracks. It was very upsetting. As I was leaving I saw Al checking the units and I’m so glad I ran into him he was great! He got me a unit closer to the office and definitely helped turn the day around.

Aaron was outstanding today.
I ran into so many issues with the new unit.
He went above and beyond trying to correct these issues.
He is also super friendly which made my day.
I wish he works at the facility more often.

I nearly passed the place up, but once I got in, David was such a great help to me. He was so patient and answered all my questions. I was a bit frazzled with nearly missing it. But he walked me through the best options for me and was very professional and kind.

So I had originally given this company only one star for the horrible treatment and experience I had due to a few of there employees. But I am coming on here to now change it sense I got a call from one of the higher up bosses. He called and was very respectful and understanding of the whole situation and is making it right. I’m not changing the review just cause it’s being made right but the fact that he actually cared enough to call, hear me out, and make it right. And honestly that’s refreshing to have the management in a company actually care and take the time to reach out and fix it. So because of that I am changing my stars to 4. Thank you for your call today I really appreciate it.

I've used this place twice and would rent again if I should need to, The first time I was treated very well by the manager, a Young Lady who was very nice and looked around The propertyregularly. If you were at risk of being late to leave she would check the property and give you a heads up so you're not late.
The second time they have a new manager, David. He is a really no nice young man, friendly and knowledgeable, he goes the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and keeps the property clean and secure doing his rounds and checking to see if everything is going well. I got to know David and I think of him as a friend. Great place to keep your things when they won't fit where you are.
