“I had to get live Scan done for a certification so I called in advance to ask if they offered that. They were super helpful and polite. When I came in it was a very quick process. She was friendly, quick and accommodating. I heard the other lady there also being very friendly and kind to another customer. They have cute cards and knick-knacks for sale inside as well. This is exactly the kind of business you should support: Independently and locally owned with great service.”

“My wife and I just moved - what a busy and hectic event that is! Having great movers from A Better Moving Company to alleviate that stress was so pivotal. I wanted to give a big shoutout to the whole crew who were each so responsive, kind, hard working, and attentive. While all were great, in particular the star of the show was Will (the lead mover both moving days). Great disposition, hard worker, and we ALWAYS felt like the customer with him- he met every question or request with positivity. He was a strong leader for his crew each day. Highly recommend working with them to navigate the stress and complexity of moving!!”

“I am very impressed with Anthony. A very pleasant man who showed up when he said he would and made me feel as if my copier issue was as important to him as it was to me. Never acted like he was in a rush to get somewhere else. Not only did he repair my copier, he also spent time showing me how to save time when I am scanning something to a client. I highly recommend Anthony and this company.”

“I can’t recommend Michelle and The Pet Agency enough! I had worked with several trainers in the past and was starting to feel completely defeated. I have two rescue dogs with very different types of anxiety—one reactive and the other extremely fearful—and nothing seemed to make a lasting difference. Then I found Michelle. She showed me practical, effective techniques that truly changed our lives. My reactive dog, who used to bark and lunge at every dog we passed, is making so much progress and is becoming a more polite dog on walks. And my nervous boy has gained so much confidence thanks to her patient and thoughtful guidance. Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She really understands dogs and meets them where they are. I’m beyond grateful for her help!”

“I had a bulky package to return to Amazon and I was sweating how to make it happen. Fortunately, my local UPS Store sold me a box and did all the packaging themselves. It doesn’t get any easier than that! Fantastic service here.”

“I live in Carmichael and regularly send out mail out of my mailbox today. “CAT” carrier picked up and politely introduced himself and let me give you all five stars. He is very good at his job. Thank you for having him.”
