“Been coming here since I was a teenager. I used this spot a lot to re-sell books, drop off packages etc. They had a discount for text books and students etc (still might). The Staff for the past 20+ years has always been friendly, courteous, reliable and hardworking. It's a small but cozy shop that works with most if not all shipping services. There is a small section for boxes, packing tape and supplies as well as a drop off zone for ready to ship packages.”

“What a hidden gem. Called the poor day to get some obituaries printed. I arrives a little after 9. The 2 gentleman were extremely nice. Very knowledgeable with printing services. The gentleman assisted me with my file, made suggestions and changes. He assured me the prints would be ready by 12. I walked outside took a couple of calls and reflected. As I was pulling away the young man signaled to me said the prints will be done in 5 mins. Just as he stated they were done and I was on my way!!!! What an amazing experience. I will definitely utilize this business again. Don’t second guess. Just call or stop by the print shop. ?”

“I only use this place to print stuff so I can’t say anything about the actual shipping part. The store is clean and the few times I had to interact with staff, they were courteous. As of March 2024 there’s a bunch of construction happening outside which can be kinda anxiety inducing but that’s nothing against the actual store itself.”

“I have used AIM Mail Center on Del Paso Blvd. in Natomas for nearly 20 years. I have driven miles out of my way (passing dozens of mail center "poszers"), just to experience their customer service. You would be challenged finding help that matched the skills, knowledge and professionalism found in an AIM Mail Center employee. Their prices are so low, I often wonder how they keep the doors open. I would pay twice as much for half the service.”

“Great experience today at this FedEx location. I had a very heavy box that I needed to return to Amazon. I contacted this location via phone and reached Jeff. I explained that I had taped the box with mailing tape, but it needed some plastic strapping added to further secure it during mailing due to the weight. Jeff reassured me that they would be able to assist me.When we showed up with the box, we were greeted nicely by both Jeff and his co-worker as we entered the building. Jeff came over to assist and when I started to describe what was needed, he was quick to recall our earlier phone conversation. We were in and out of there in no time, return receipt in hand. Jeff made sure to let me know when the mailing would actually occur due to the weekend schedule. Kudos to FedEx for having Jeff at the helm of this busy location, and thank you, Jeff!”
