Michelle is fantastic - incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I don't know how I would survive this puppy season without her. I especially love being able to call or text her when convenient, as it's challenging for me to schedule and block of times for in-person trainings.

Update! I have moved back to Carmichael after 3 years of being gone and I LOVE this post office now! Love who I saw in there! There was a very short wait compared to 30 min + a few years ago. I will have no problem coming back here to all my postal needs. Thank you ladies!

I think this place has efficient and prompt service. I was having trouble tracking one of my packages and needed to email this post office. Their reply was very prompt and they helped me resolve my issue within 1-2 days. Awesome!
