“Nice place to walk your dogs, even during winter, which is when we were last there. The rose garden has a huge number of historical rose varieties, and while there were a number of plants that still had fragrant blooms, the spring and summer would be the best time to enjoy them.”

“This is some of the best food and service I've had in a long time...and I eat out a LOT. Had the grilled salmon, whiskey flight and a rye old fashioned. Beautiful!”

“We love Wolfe Heights. We met Felipe, the proprietor, pouring his wine at an event, made one visit, and became members after falling in love with the grounds. This kind of secret semi-hidden gem for was tempting to keep quiet for selfish reasons, but you deserve to know and Felipe and Wolfe Heights should be celebrated. The wine is great. Lots of variety and fantastic prices. Check it out.”

“The food is decent. The drinks are good. They always work hard to meet the needs of our large group. Parking is easy. It's always really clean. I've gone to weddings there before and they were really well done.”

“Came for dinner when we couldn't find any other restaurant open after a night of line dancing. How lucky we did! We still haven't stopped talking about how delicious the deviled eggs were or how we wiped our plates with our fingers to get every morsel. The only thing we didn't order was our table - it was drafty and cold.”

“I love the membership and getting free tickets every month that rolls over. Seats are comfortable and I like having the ability to have my food delivered to me or not.”

“This place is aaaaaaaamazing! We traveled in from out-of-town (out of state) to have our daughter’s 2nd birthday with family and this place was perfect. It’s pretty turn key in the way it’s set up. I brought just a few decorations, but the place is so cute as-is and was able to rent a few optional decor items though the owner too! She was so sweet, easy to work with, and quick to respond. This place is worth every penny. My only wish was that I would have considered renting this location for a tad longer. I sort of had to kick all my guests out so we were out at the end time since everyone wanted to visit with us longer, being that we were visiting from out of state. Again, perfect location! So cute!”

“I went here on July 15 to see Beauty of Japan which I recommend seeing if you can, they were all very passionate about their performance. Also, the theater was nice (only complaint was that there was no AC on a hot evening but I'm not sure if they don't have AC or chose not to use it...). Comfortable seating and easy to see the stage.”

“Skatetown was so nice for a beginner like me. They had these tall buckets that you can hold onto and move around on the rink. Their shoes were comfortable and clean. Cleanliness is something I appreciate a lot. Staff was friendly and it was a fun time. Be careful and have fun on the ice!”

“I want to express how happy we all were with the food, venue and outstanding service we received at our son and daughter in laws wedding. It was so beautifully decorated and all our quests and vendors shared with us that the food, was delicious and the customer service was fantastic. It rained the day of the wedding and how they organized the venue to make us feel comfortable was impressive. We felt no inconvenience from the rain. We highly recommend The Pavilion at Haggin Oaks for receptions or any business or family gatherings. They are very professional and so welling to please and it will be a memorable time that will forever be in our hearts.”

“Great food in open kitchen and bar that allows for a larger group but leaves space for intimate space when needed. Pizza is the best but remember to try some pasta dishes as well. Beer and wine selection is nice display of local and some larger brewers that match well with all ”

“An authentic Hong Kong style dim sum restaurant that has plenty of delicious options. From the moment one enters the door, servers warmly greet you, ask for your party size, and beckon you in. Right as one sits down, servers with carts flock to you, rapidly and eagerly serving you all sorts of delicious options. The service is immediate and lightning fast! They all speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and many will ask if you would like to order anything specific that isn't shown on the carts. The sesame balls with red bean paste was my favorite dish, but the others didn't fail to disappoint as prices are quite affordable, starting at 4.50 for small dishes, 5.00 for medium, and 5.50 for large dishes. The room is also lavishly decorated with a stage and dance floor (probably for weddings), drapes hanging from the ceiling, and chandeliers dotting the area.”

“I have a wedding reception on this place a week ago. It is a pleasure to have our party there. Everything looks amazing the tables and light's is exactly what we expect to have. Bobby was so kind. I don't have anything bad about it. The entire crew do excellent and great work. The food was good and everyone is friendly. Our guesses say everything is nice and at the end of the party everyone is happy. I will recommend this place based on my experience. If I need a place in the future 100% come back to here. Again thank you so much for your assistance boby. My family is so grateful to you. This place was where we had our 25th wedding anniversary party and we are more than satisfied with all the staff there. The owner was kind to us and our guests throughout the party. We really liked the food and so did our guests. Our guests were happy with everything and really liked how they decorated the entire room. Thank you very much uptown ballroom. 100 percent recommended.”

“Went to the Christmas craft fair lots of nice handmade crafts. There weren't as many crafters this year as there were in the past years! Also went to the Native American craft fair there were more crafters this year. I found a few things at this craft fair! I hope the Native American craft fair continues to grow!”

“Best burgers in this area. The Generals Burger is bomb. They cook it to order correctly every time. The bacon, cheese, onion ring + bbq sauce are a perfect compliment. The fries are decent, but nothing special. But I’m usually pretty full after the 1/2 pound burger to care haha.Atmosphere for this place is ok. It’s dated. But whatever. The burgers are always consistent and service is good so that’s what I come for when I’m in the area. A few good beers on tap, too.”

“I usually get my 25¢ cup of coffee and get occasional $3 lunch here when I get there! Since the CoronaVirus Pandemic started in 2019, the staff had to stop the 25 cent coffee and the dounuts! It's mostly due to keeping all the members healthy and safe from contamination. Can't wait until things get back to somewhat normal again! Greg's retired in 2022 and the Yoga teacher had his April 4, 2022 Birthday (yesterday) some things are getting back to normal, little by little.”

“I love this place! If you are affiliated with the real estate business in any way this is your spot. You have to join. If you're a realtor than you already know. They are an amazing fundraising organization that helps all sorts of charities too.”

“If you don't need fancy frilly and just want something budget friendly and practical, then I highly recommend this place. Super friendly staff that were accommodating and kind. Cute stage area for the DJ, catering counter made meal serving easy, full bar with a good selection of liquor, pool tables, lots of seating, smokers balcony. Wish it was not upstairs but otherwise perfect for my daughter's reception.”

“OOP $10 parking, $20 admission (2 adults + free child 5 and under), $14 churro + funnel cake, $8 popcorn, $22 rides wristband = $74. We did eat dinner before coming. There was so much to do, we felt we could’ve spent $10 less on rides to roam around more!1st time for my hus, myself, and our 2.5 y/o. Very well done. Clean, varied activities, varied environments for entertainment (and AC if it’s hot).Plenty of free things to enjoy- 4H animal competitions, shows, music, free family activities, and exhibitsThe food was the most painful price gouge. We ate dinner before arriving. There were seriously 1-person items for $17-20. This concerns me that it’s a compilation of inflation plus vendor fees. I hope the vendor fees are manageable so the customers don’t end up paying the price. Not everyone can afford that, and you’re not allowed to bring in outside food.”
