“The Jury Experience is a worthy experience! The audience is the jury for a trial and gets to participate throughout the play, not just the ending vote on guilt or innocence. The topic is AI - a self-driving car kills a bike rider swerving to avoid a head-on collision. Morality and ethical questions arise and the character of the inventor is suspect. The cast of five did a good job. The Guild theater is a funky old building with a good balcony, but was filthy.”

“Had to work a dual function here as a security guard.
Although it is hard to locate the driveway to this facility... Once you DO locate it**, there is a lot of parking, and the outside grounds are beautiful. The grass is impeccably maintained and the gazebo is cute as well as the bocce ball area in the back is impeccably well maintained.
The inside is also incredibly gorgeous. This staff is incredibly sweet.
I just can't say enough good things about this place. I love it!!!
** To find this place, you literally need to look for the McDonald's on one side and the actual sign to Dante Event Center on the other side. The driveway is extremely narrow and is in between these two things.”
“Our organization had an event recently at The Center and everything went really well. They were very patient and accommodating with some of our last-minute requests. Elisabeth and Rick were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. It was centrally located since we had guests coming from Sacramento all the way to El Dorado Hills. Parking was conveniently located and the built-in stage saved us money as we usually have to have a stage constructed. Sound quality was great and there were many lighting options. Highly recommend”
“Great experience. Kristina set it all up for us and the process was easy and smooth. They gave clear instructions and expectations. The venue was clean and they provided sll the services they promised from clean up to security. Security was present. They answered questions promptly. They accommodated any requests to meet right away. They contacted us on making arrangements to get the deposit back immediately after. We rented the venue and yard for golf putting and corn hole and some tables games. They had a nice seating area outside the venue for people spilling out. no complaints. it was great.”
“my wife and i had our wedding here on the 20th of September, Aly, Mark and the team they have are incredibly nice, caring and attentive to make sure your wedding day is as smooth and beautiful as possible. They took care of setup bar clean up accommodating guests cutting and disbursing cake taking care of any all needs with welcoming and warm smiles. While i understand this is a business, they truly bring in humanity, respect and love into the picture as if it were there own wedding they were planning. My wife and i can not thank you enough for such a gorgeous day!”

“Parneet/Rajah was amazing in putting together my son’s 1st Birthday Party for about 100 guests. Everything from the decorations, to the music, food, lighting, photography and video was 5-star worthy and worth every penny! In fact he provided the best value for the best price when I was shopping around for other event packages. Parneet was super accommodating with all my special requests when it came to decorations and the food. He was also very timely with his responses (like in a matter of minutes). The food was cooked fresh, the video and photography were very trendy, and the help staff were all friendly. All in all, everyone from my family, friends, and guests were mesmerized with the decorations. It definitely took all the stress away from planning such an event. Would definitely host future parties and events with Maharaja Event!”

“We had a celebration of life here. There was plenty of space. The audio and video were lacking, with the audio at full blast, and we were barely able to hear the speakers. They had a' slide show', but it was ancient, and it was difficult to see the images. Aside from these factors, which in this case, was pretty important, the venue was fine.
Over the years, I have taken a couple classes there, i.e. Thai Chi. It's pleasant, centrally located, and had some parking.”

“I contacted The Vintage Monkey about getting some work done on my 1968 Honda CL450. Denis was able to fit my bike in between some big restoration jobs.
I can’t say enough good things about Denis and the work he did. He redid the wiring connections in the headlight and now all the lights work as they should.
The bike wasn’t running very well and so he cleaned the carbs and adjusted the floats and a few other things and it runs better than it ever has since I’ve had it.
He sent an email every day with an update and photos and got it back to me in a week. He is very fair and honest and easy to work with. Highly recommend Denis at the Vintage Monkey.”

I'm lucky enough to be able to host our Grazing Gouda Charcuterie Classes here a few times a month! This place is perfect if you need an event space to rent, but they specialize in highlighting local artisans to come and teach their craft at their beautiful location! Every weekend they have popups with lots of Sacramento small businesses and they go above and beyond for the community! I have such a great time teaching classes here and my guests really enjoy them! It's a great location too!”

“This was the best experience our company has ever had with an event space. Jenny and Marques were mindful of every detail. The A/V equipment worked perfectly. The space was super clean and professionally appointed. They opened the lounge on the 3rd floor for our attendees that needed privacy for phone calls during the conference. They gave us great tips for local restaurants. The coffee and water were always topped off. The restrooms were clean and the women's restroom was thoughtfully stocked with feminine hygiene products. Jenny and Marques were on site all day in case we needed anything. Most hospitable and generous hosts! Thank you!”

“Location easy to get to and affordable parking less than two blocks away. The banquet hall is on the lower level and seems a little dark but a creative hand can turn the space into a beautiful setting. We had our company holiday party there and there was plenty of room for approximately 140 guests, a dessert bar, food tables, and a number of other tables/podiums, etc. There's space for a bar, and a quaint little elevator takes you up and down if you don't want to subject your heeled feet to stairs. Bathrooms were cleaned and well stocked. There's an entry area before you walk into the banquet hall where our photo booth was set up. All in all, a good location with the makings for whatever theme your imagination can come up with.”
