“This place had more selection than the other furniture stores I've visited. Customer service seemed to be better than the others too. The people here helped us find the right color we were looking for and I can't wait till it gets delivered. *pro tip, make sure you have measurements for the area you want to put furniture in. The other places we visited didnt even bother to ask what the space size is. These guys wanted to make sure we were going love our purchase. Definitely recommend this store.”
“Business center Costco. Great prices, especially in their giant cheese and meat section, lots of fresh produce. You can shop here with a basic membership and they take food stamps. Always lots of checkouts open. Clean location with clean restrooms. This location doesn't have a food court since its a business center.”

As for other customer service, i have been treated very fairly when products did not meet my expectations.
Additionaly, the offered (essentially) a bulk price discount when i was putting together a seminar. Not really a discoubt, but the ability to place a large order if i wanted.

“Multiple products for my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness
I purchased the brush bar, rock sliders, ARB Compact Air Compressor with mount and air fitting kit, and the fog lights upgrade kit for my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness directly from CATuned Offroad’s website. Parts were UPSed within 3 days of placing the order to the shop I used for the installation. There was a two-week lag from when the shop received the parts and I could get the car in for the installation. On the scheduled installation day we found out the lights had not been included with the shipment, but the brackets were. Upon contacting CATuned, they quickly figured out the issue and shipped out a new light kit the same day. This type of customer service is one as a customer is greatly appreciated and any business should strive to provide and CATuned did just that.
The shop I used is more 4x4 forward and the bulk of modifications are done on Jeeps, Toyota, and the like with a few Subarus under their belt. They were very complimentary of the quality of the products, ease of installation, overall fit, and how good it looked.
Given the quality of the CATuned products and the customer service, I would purchase from them again without hesitation, and anyone looking to buy similar products should seriously consider them.”

“Decent prices, decent selection, decent discount goods sections. Only possible complaint is that there are very few shopping carts. Only reason I don't give it five stars is that it is not super awesome, or anything like that. Five stars means something exceptional to report. This place does its job, like it is supposed to. I shop here regularly.”
