“Entered this place needing a pair of clip on sunglasses because the snow and glare is really strong. As I walked in, I saw two workers standing near the front. I asked them where to find the clip on sun glasses. They looked at me like how dare you interrupt us. I asked again, and they said where the glass stuff is and then they walked away. Didn't even have the decency to point the direction. I walked around and there were a few people stocking shelves absolutely no desire to interact or deal with customers.I understand that Trukee is a tourist place, also compounded with alot of transient people hang around out front, But there's no reason to treat customers this way. There might be a shortage on quality workers, but during the training, maybe emphasize that customer retention should be paramount. Anyways, sad as I was a pharmacist for Riteaid in both Michigan and Northern Ca. for years and didn't expect this...”
