“Agate Bay provided a clear, clean, and helpful experience. Communication is all done via email and then text just before you check in, which was very nice for me. Nothing about check in or our stay was confusing or unclear and they were immediately responsive if we had any questions. The property itself had everything we needed for our big group in town for a wedding -- plenty of bathroom space, large kitchen, open common room and dining area for group gatherings. The area is super beautiful and peaceful -- lots of birds to watch from the deck and no noise from the street or neighbors. Just note that this rental company doesn't fully stock the kitchen as much some other Airbnbs do, so plan to bring your own olive oil, most spices, etc. Otherwise they had plenty of pots and pans and the like.”

“We’ve renting dozens of properties in Tahoe over the years and this was our favorite! Quiet neighborhood mid way between Palisades and Northstar. Well maintained home with updated baths and kitchen. Kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of room for the teenagers to spread out. Appreciated that the main bedrooms, living room, dining and kitchen were all on same level. Beautiful bay windows bringing in natural light. Accessible garage to park and to store our gear was a huge plus!”
