“I can’t praise Bob highly enough: friendly, honest and great service. I brought in my 24-year old Volvo with a starter issue on a Friday – it was getting worse with every crank. Bob took it in right away and replaced the starter same day. But when I came to collect it the engine started perfectly but then shut itself down. Very worrying as there could have been any number of causes, but Bob worked on it through the weekend and called me first thing Monday. We couldn’t have been more relieved to hear he had fixed the problem by replacing an old corroded part. So happy to drive home after a bit of a scare.

Bob is not only an expert but thoroughly honourable. Although he had to put in a lot more hours to get to the bottom of things he charged me exactly the same as he first quoted. And whenever I called up, Bob and his wife couldn’t have been nicer on the phone: patient and accommodating, so different from calling almost any other business. Great to discover someone so reliable in the neighbourhood.”

“Moved here from East coast and Rosebro Garage was recommended to me by a friend. Looks can be deceiving but it’s the honesty and quality work I care most about. The building and cars in front may look like a mess but again after 2 years of using them I know a good mechanic when I see one and they don’t try to sell me more than what I asked for. Most mechanics and dealerships will try to take advantage of you especially if you’re female. My experience with Rosebro Garage is they have been there when I needed them most such as a last minute oil change or something doesn’t sound right can you take a look for me. Rosebro quality service is the best!”

“The best people ever! I was driving on the 101 and my car overheated, smoke and everything. I happened to get off on the exit right next to their shop. I showed up fully at random asking if they could maybe take a look, even though I didn’t have an appointment, and they immediately checked it out. JR was the one who just took me in no questions asked and had so much empathy for my situation. They ran some tests while I went and got a bite to eat and when I got back let me know that I was unfortunately going to need a new radiator. They were so so kind and I’ve never had such amazing customer service. JR especially, but all of the other employees were so kind and welcoming as well. I truly couldn’t say enough good things about these people and the way they run their business. If you see bad reviews ignore them! They will take care of you and give you quality service.”
