“Customer service is friendly as always, I just wish the service on my truck didn’t take to long. I had an 8 AM appointment for basic oil change and tire rotation service, and they did not finish until 10:30 AM. I’ve had the service done many times, and it usually takes about an hour and a half, so I guess they were extra busy this day. I’ve purchased two trucks from Ventura Toyota, and I’m sure I’ll purchase my next one there too.”

“Just got finished here. Went for a second opinion after a dealer and a shop told me that a noise I was hearing in the car was "not safe" and would have to spend north of 1000$ to fix it. They took my car on a ride real quick, I tagged along. They then put it on lifts and looked at everything. Told me it was perfectly safe and annoying at most. Everything looked to be in safe working condition. They didn't so much as charge me a penny and sent me on my way. Honest work! I will be going here for all future concerns.”

“TRUST and FAIRNESS are the 2 key attributes I look for in anyone but ESPECIALLY in an auto repair facility and Meineke Car center on Telegraph have to be some of the most trustworthy mechanic shops out there--with both these attributes! My good friend thought she heard a weird sound after running over something. After calling them, they saw her right away and checked the car, even on the freeway at a high speed and found nothing wrong. Even though they worked over 2 hours on it, they charged her nothing as they found nothing wrong. They were right, the car runs great. Other places may have charged a diagnosis fee and could have made up problems that didn't exist, but not these guys. Recently, my low beam headlight needed to be replaced and I've had trouble getting the light out of the socket in the past. A quick call to Meineke and Miguel had the light out in less than a minute, told me where I could get a replacement and then put it in for me all under 10 minutes. NO CHARGE. I'm definitely taking my car there for all it's repair needs and I encourage you to do the same!”

Even though my a/c only lasted for two weeks I took my truck back and they fixed the leak and recharged it again under warranty which was awesome. I usually take my truck to the stealership and they don’t even come close to DMC. Highly recommended as they treat you more like family rather than just another customer.”
