“Brian, Vicki and Butterfli routinely provide the utmost of care and consideration.

Brian always makes every effort to complete any orders with professionalism and kindness, and greets everyone with a warm smile. Vicki is similarly kind, compassionate; focused, hard working and knowledgable.

Vicki and Brian go above and beyond to ensure that there is adequate stock, take the time to explain insurance coverage and always treat me with respect, compassion, and provide the epitome of customer service.

UPDATE/
On a side note, the employees at this location are consistently overworked and given unattainable quotas; in turn, the customers are subject to very long lines, are kept on hold for longer wait times, and then become belligerent and verbally abusive to this hard working team at this location. I have witnessed countless moments in which a customer is waiting in line behind me, and cursing even before they reach the counter. This air of frustration and anger is the opposite of what a climate should entail; many people are in pain, sick, recovering from surgery. These customers deserve to be permitted to enjoy a calm and friendly, and approachable pharmacy.

I’ve been going to this CVS for over a decade, and the turn-over rate is astounding throughout the store. If CVS cannot treat their staff fairly and with the same level of respect which they insist their staff deliver to customers, Everyone is going to experience the detrimental impacts. I would appreciate a reply from the District Manager and welcome the opportunity to discuss these pertinent issues in further detail.

Here is the so-called “Mission Statement”- a mission that would be attainable and come to fruition Only If there are major changes in management. CVS needs to treat their employees with dignity, appreciation, respect, and recognition for their consistently diligent work ethic and level of care, in an otherwise atrocious working climate.

“CVS Health's mission is to deliver superior and more connected experiences, lower the cost of care, and improve the health and well-being of those they serve. This is achieved through a focus on accessible, affordable, and convenient healthcare solutions, personalized experiences, and a shift towards value-based care. Essentially, CVS aims to be a leader in health solutions by making care simpler, more affordable, and more accessible for everyone. “”
