Professional Wash Center is a clean and tidy laundromat in Carpinteria. The spacious facility is older and only takes cash, with a change machine and washers and dryers that only take quarters. Washers range from $7.50 to $10 a load. Many machines are old and several are out of service, but the facility offers a machine to dispense quarters, soap, and snacks, along with a TV. Friendly and helpful staff provide a smiling face, though limited English can cause a communication barrier. The fluff and fold service does a beautiful job, helping load and unload laundry. The only thing missing is a sink.

This is by far the best laundromat in Carpinteria. Not only is it spacious and clean but Maria, the attendant there, is so so helpful and nice. It's wonderful to see a smiling face!

I use them monthly for their fluff and fold service. They always do a beautiful job. They follow my instructions and help me load and unload laundry into the car, as needed.
