There were repairs being done to the building occasionally but I see that as a positive. Diane is great to communicate with and always a pleasure to see when entering the office. She has great humor and demeanor. Karen and her husband were also helpful and cheerful when around the building. Moving in was great and moving out was great with a reasonable deposit return. We moved due to wanting a larger apartment from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom, and unfortunately didn't find one available at the time with Karen Lacks & Co.
