“My experience working as an owner/seller with Scott Williams, Mitch Stark and Jazmin Pizzarelli has been nothing short of exceptional. Over the course of a solid year, we sold four properties in Santa Barbara and Ventura – two commercial restaurant buildings and two townhouse developments.
