Really slow, no tracking for us to watch. We shipped two boxes in November, the week before Thanksgiving. Family in Philippines found it should have been delivered more than a week ago. Where is it now?

No good numbers to contact , My box was picked up August 9 until now recipient haven't received yet. I WROTE this 4 weeks ago and until now Dec9 My mom haven't received yet they said they called but there's no missed call recorded

I am so disappointed with this company, I was told it would take 1 month to get to Manila,it was all untrue. It would be the last to use this company ever!!!
