“What an amazing organization? Last week I received word that H20 was accepting donations of supplies for Maui relief until 8/18 when they would be shipped out. In short notice, I asked my coworkers if they had items from a list of needed supplies to bring them to my office and I would drop them off. The next day I had bags of stuff from coworkers as well as stuff my hubby and rounded up at home. I made my first drop off in the AM of Wednesday 8/16. Manny, the warehouse guy was super kind and got my stuff on a pallet while I filled out paperwork. He also explained that they ship to and from Hawaii on the regular. I drove off to work and got even more donations waiting for me in my office. Later in the afternoon, I stopped by again and was met by another warehouse guy, just as kind as the one from earlier. He was Filipino and we chatted a little bit in Tagalog. (Well, I chatted in Taglish. Haha) Did my paperwork and got a fistbump. On my way home, I realized that I forgot to donate the blankets from home that I had washed. Made the last run on Thursday morning, the day everything needed to be turned in. Got a fistbump from my buddy and my stuff was taken to be prepared for shipment. While that was happening a delivery driver told me that the owner was paying for all the Maui Community donation shipment costs himself. H20 has the Aloha spirit and thankful for their efforts.”

“What a wonderful surprise! It was a rough day - I was dealing with a family tragedy and it was necessary to send some important documents via pdf. I’m technically challenged on a good day and today my brain was fried. I was tired and so happy to find Staples Carson was open. I walked up to the printing desk and asked this employee for her help. Mariah was so kind and helpful. Instead of pointing me towards the copy machines, she walked me over and helped me send my documents. She proofed my e-mail address and sweetly pointed out that I had entered it incorrectly. I had given up on expecting professionalism and excellent customer service. My faith is renewed! “The last time I came was a while ago and from what I remember, two young girls that looked like twins helped me out. They were very nice and friendly and did amazing. Today I got extraordinary service from Esther she was attentive to my needs, helpful, and she was smiling to me the entire time. “I always use Atlas as they are consistent and updated as far as deliveries door-to-door when I send boxes to family in Philippines. I used to use LBC but with the rumors of some boxes they open from port-- I figured to change shippers and sure enough their reliable. Is best to call the nearest store to inquire than their 1800 # so they can precisely give you what info you need.”

“This is my second time using 4A’s and my family received it in perfect shape & no damages in any of the goods, took almost 3 mos. In getting there but we understand why. We always contact Mr. Rudy Cabulong to pick-up our box because he’s trustworthy & takes care of everything, even give us updates. “"I" failed to use the self serve copier properly, just couldn't get it right. I needed assistance and Manager Rocio assisted me in using my machine and had to assist me in completing my task. I had to copy medical logs, my mother recently had a stroke and it seems that I couldn't get it together. Thank God for Rocio stepping in and helping me, not knowing the gravity of these charts I had to copy and the emotional stress that I was going through. She assisted me with a smile so friendly and professional that made me calm down. When I arrived, I had watched her busy bouncing around the store assisting others as well as handling business with other employees behind the counter. I didn't want to bother her at first so I asked another employee for help and he said let me ask my manager for what I wanted done. Rocio then stepped in to help (that's how I knew she was a manager) from the other associate.She knew what and how I wanted it and re-did the job for me. I frequent this location often because I normally have large jobs to print for the City of Carson and School District (LAUSD) both that I'm affiliated with. And I live in the neighborhood.
