“Talon, your personnel was amazing. I created a pamphlet/passport in Canva at 3am and thought I'd done it right for it to print without any problems but that wasn't the case. Talon meticulously rearranged until I was able to print the finished product that I envisioned. Thanks Talon. I always get such great service from this UPS Store. I thought this was the case of all the stores but I was told no by someone who has worked at other UPS stores. Keep up the good work!”

“If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I shipped a car for the first time from Japan to LA. I was having issues with another broker who cost me extra fees. Ryota and his team were able to take over and help me, filing everything for me hassle free and got my car out the port within 2 days. If you ever need a broker I highly recommend them. They truly know what they are doing so don’t go searching elsewhere to get custom clearance done. If I ever do it again I will definitely be using interline. That is how confident I am in this company. They truly took all my stress away. Thank you!”

“What a wonderful surprise! It was a rough day - I was dealing with a family tragedy and it was necessary to send some important documents via pdf. I’m technically challenged on a good day and today my brain was fried. I was tired and so happy to find Staples Carson was open. I walked up to the printing desk and asked this employee for her help. Mariah was so kind and helpful. Instead of pointing me towards the copy machines, she walked me over and helped me send my documents. She proofed my e-mail address and sweetly pointed out that I had entered it incorrectly. I had given up on expecting professionalism and excellent customer service. My faith is renewed! Thank you Mariah!”

“I came to this FedEx location around 8:30am this morning. A lady about 5’4 or 5’5 long black curly hair told me I couldn’t return my item (an item that I have returned multiple times because the sizes don’t fit) because of the box that it came in. I informed her that my QR code clearly stated no box or labeled needed. Her response “I understand that, but that box doesn’t fit our requirements”. And she tried to get me to purchase a box or bag from their store. I don’t think she understood that the box I had was the box the item came in. I returned to the store after work about 630pm because I’ve returned things to this location multiple times and I’ve never had a problem. Richard assisted me, took my box, and gave me my receipt. I informed him what happened earlier this morning and he said “it says you don’t need a box, we provide one or a bag” he also said he would ask who worked in the morning. So just in case it slipped his mind to follow up, I’m writing this review. 5 stars for Richard who works in the afternoon. 0 stars for the woman who “assisted” me this morning.”

Pricing was reasonable and transparent, which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely use this company again for future Balikbayan shipments.”

“I always use Atlas as they are consistent and updated as far as deliveries door-to-door when I send boxes to family in Philippines. I used to use LBC but with the rumors of some boxes they open from port-- I figured to change shippers and sure enough their reliable. Is best to call the nearest store to inquire than their 1800 # so they can precisely give you what info you need.”

“I'm not sure if the person I spoke to was Ms. Keys I forgot to ask the name, but she was super experienced. She's an African American woman and had red dye in her hair. The gentleman infront of me did his first money order and she was super patient and explained everything to him really politely. Then she helped me change my address and was really helpful in explaining what to do. Her manners were also very polite, so maybe I got lucky but this customer service was the best I've ever had at a post office.”
