I canceled all my plans for a delivery that required a signature, the driver lied about attempting to deliver now I can't get my package.

I was home when the driver came by but they never knocked on my door, they sent me a text message stating that they were unable to enter my apartment building because it was locked which was a lie. The front doors are never locked. They never called me even though I had my number listed on the order. I called customer service who put in a request to have the driver come back but they never did. Very upsetting especially when I knew I had to be home to receive the package and sign for it.

Waited 2 days for my package to come in & NEVER RECEIVED IT!! THEY NEVER LEFT A TAG OR ANYTHING!! The best part is that when you call, you get someone over seas that you really can't understand & to top it off they are of NO HELP!! Why can't Fedex have people in the USA ANSWERING calls?? ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My packages are either tempered with or have missing items. Never had this issue until this new delivery driver started.

Why would you become a Fed Ex driver if you’re not going to deliver packages!! Yes another driver failing to attempt a delivery!! Everyone send in an email to Fed Ex Corporate!!

I really hope that fed ex makes improvements. I'm tired of my packages NEVER getting delivered. A signature required when I'm unable to be there or if I am home to sign, they never actually come to my door. How is it that other delivery services do great at delivering packages with no problem but not fed ex?
I left my signature on my door and the driver never entered the building to see my door. Now I have to wait to be told by FedEx when my shipment will be ready at the pickup location. I have other things going on tomorow and I hope my package arrives on time otherwise guess what? They will take my package and send it who knows where. It's so frustrating dealing with this company.
I dont understand how, with so many complaints, they still run things the same way. I already spoke to customer service and the person couldn't help me much other than by telling me to sign the page and place it at my door. He could've specified to leave it at the front? But still how was the fed ex driver going to get in?
Somehow other companies deliver with no problem. Except for FedEx

For the delivery guy named Heron, you placed my package in the wrong spot. Who places the package in the back of house, especially the wrong house? Does this look like the front area of a home??

My inventory that costs thousands has been sitting in Carson, CA for days. A 7 days process has turned into 20 days. They can’t tell me anything and are literally saying what we need to hear because the calls are recorded. How dare you not know where 24 cartons are? It has been well over the delivery date and they gave no answers. They don’t have any way to file a complaint and will gaslight you and not attempt to fix the problem. $10,000 in inventory just somewhere in Carson, CA. I was suppose to hear from someone and it has been 20 days and have not received a call or an email. Absolutely disgusting and now my lawyer is stopping in. FedEx should be ashamed of their company. This is the worst service ever

Don't ever ship anything via FedEx Ground if you want it to reach a particular destination. The incompetence in this operation is astonishing, and their "customer service" is designed to be less helpful than no help at all.
Staring at the package and attempting to wish it to wherever it's going is a more efficient and reliable means of getting something from one place to another.

Driver lied about coming to deliver my package. I work from home so I would have answered the door. He didn't leave a tag, either. He lied about that too.

Agree with other reviews. My parcel was transferred to Carson with an expected delivery date of 2 days. 6 days later, it's sitting with "No expected delivery date." The supervisor is as worthless as the company. Do not use FEDEX! USPS would have already delivered, and it would have been cheaper.
