“Its a lil smaller gym so when its busy you might need to wait for equipment. There is plenty of parking by Superior. Its clean. This one and downtown long beach are closest to me but this one is more convenient because of parking.”

Super friendly staff, motivating coaches, challenging workouts and a community that always makes you feel welcome. They keep things fun by having events and themes every month.
