This Scandinavian chain retailer offers home furnishings, decor, accessories, and more in a variety of styles. The store provides a shopping experience with a showroom featuring new and best-selling items such as desks, beds, sofas, kitchen cabinets, dressers, home accents, and kids furniture. For convenience, customers can shop online and order same-day pickup. While there is ample parking, this branch does not have a full restaurant, only a cafeteria. The entrance can be difficult to find, and for smaller purchases, only baskets are available instead of wheelbarrows. Some sections or showrooms may be closed, and there may be limited staff available for assistance. Issues have been noted with product availability, where items shown in stock are only on display. The self-checkout system has presented challenges, with the system sometimes not allowing multiple scans of identical items. The cafeteria's self-order system can experience delays. The return process is described as inefficient, requiring customers to scan a QR code to join a queue instead of a traditional physical line. Additionally, there have been complaints about staff manners and software limitations in applying coupons, leading to long waits. Despite these issues, some visitors enjoy the displays for ideas and find the cafe offers a quick meal, with breakfast noted as tasty. However, one reviewer found the setup not to their liking and would not visit again.
Great selection and reasonable prices. The store is huge but well organized, and I usually find what I’m looking for. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance. Checkout was pretty smooth too.

The dining area wasn't as nice as the one in Burbank but other than that no real complaints
