“I went to Ikea Tuesday morning I entered from the back of the store
I only needed one item I asked the lady at the checkout
I don't think the young lady could speak
But she was so happy and helpful and directed me where to go. EVERY one in the store was just as kind as I was navigating my way through this massive warehouse, I was really Super Impressed that this same young lady was helping multiple people without even speaking .

“I really don't enjoy shopping at ROSS because, no matter what, it is not tidy, clean or orderly. This location changed everything for me. This location was clean, orderly, today and the employees actually acted like employees.
The shoes were organized neatly, as store should be. The handbags were hung up orderly and neat.
I purchased a sundress, wedge shoes, and tennis shoes. This shopping experience was pleasing to my senses. I could actually concentrate on shopping.
I did not use the bathroom but I did try on a few items in the fitting room.
The fitting room had an attendant. She was smiling and polite. She explained the process to me. The fitting room was clean.
I would recommend this location.
My check out expwriwas even pleasant. She was chatty and making eye contact with me.”
