“What a wonderful surprise! It was a rough day - I was dealing with a family tragedy and it was necessary to send some important documents via pdf. I’m technically challenged on a good day and today my brain was fried. I was tired and so happy to find Staples Carson was open. I walked up to the printing desk and asked this employee for her help. Mariah was so kind and helpful. Instead of pointing me towards the copy machines, she walked me over and helped me send my documents. She proofed my e-mail address and sweetly pointed out that I had entered it incorrectly. I had given up on expecting professionalism and excellent customer service. My faith is renewed! “I came to this FedEx location around 8:30am this morning. A lady about 5’4 or 5’5 long black curly hair told me I couldn’t return my item (an item that I have returned multiple times because the sizes don’t fit) because of the box that it came in. I informed her that my QR code clearly stated no box or labeled needed. Her response “I understand that, but that box doesn’t fit our requirements”. And she tried to get me to purchase a box or bag from their store. I don’t think she understood that the box I had was the box the item came in.

I returned to the store after work about 630pm because I’ve returned things to this location multiple times and I’ve never had a problem. Richard assisted me, took my box, and gave me my receipt. I informed him what happened earlier this morning and he said “it says you don’t need a box, we provide one or a bag” he also said he would ask who worked in the morning. So just in case it slipped his mind to follow up, I’m writing this review.
