It is climate controlled and was always cool. I was kept informed of anything that may be going on at the facility.”

“I had a unit here for about 5 years. It is by far the most economical storage facility in the LA area.The staff is excellent and nice. Very friendly good people. There is an app to open the gate for you. It is well secured. I never had a problem or heard about one at this location. The storage is outside, but nothing ever got destroyed by weather. My unit actually stayed pretty cool in the summer. They actively work to keep the grounds in the best shape possible.The driveways are sloped so that when it rains, it will not go into your unit. The rain is diverted. The units are all raised off the ground for extra height. Lots of driveways between units. Some units have drive up access.If you have a smaller unit like mine, you are never farther than 20' from your unit to your car. The walkways are paved and smooth for easy transfer of your items. And even though this place has a lot of tenants I never had problems accessing my units or parking close to my unit. If I needed to take stuff out to sort, I still felt like I had my privacy.It's easy to access, right off the 405/110 south. The hours are daytime only. But it's never so busy you can't access your unit.They have a variety of storage unit sizes. They also have lots of spots for vehicle storage. They also have moving supplies for sale.I once had troubles making my payment and the customer service rep was able to walk me through and help me on the phone. The customer service line is very nice.I moved so I don't need this facility anymore. But I was so grateful for the secure location, nice people and great prices they offered.”

“I usually don’t write a review, but I felt like I had to. I’ve been to multiple Public Storages and I have always had a problem with them. But this one was different every time I had an issue, this wonderful lady I think her name was Patty was always there to help me out. She is respectful and always attentive. Overall I would definitely recommend this location.”
