“I was there a few days ago, the Halloween decoration is really nice. It looks like there was a lot of time spent on the store decoration and it really draws you in the store. Overall, I always have a pleasant experience visiting this goodwill.”

“Yes, they have a clean and well presented store. Yes, they have a great staff, many of whom are in their program.Yes, they have great otems at great prices. But the best review is that we had Beacon House pick up at an apartment this last week that was vacated. The team that showed up wasn't just nice, efficient, and hard working. They were great ambassadors of what not only what Beacon House does for the community but what they do for their clientele. To be able to hear how Beacon House had changed their lives was heartwarming. I had to engage them with this conversation to hear about their program. It wasn't any type of planned "pitch" about Beacon House. The comments from the drivers were heartfelt and sincere. Please donate items to them, buy from their store, and/or donate cash. This program is working and we need to support them.”

“This place has a great Lil food bank for peeps in need of food. Emergency food available! You call and they put on the list with a day/time. You bring a few $$ for donation, & then they give you a huge box of food! Wonderful”

“There was a lot of unique dishes and outfits to choose from, as well as a good variety of books. I would come back to explore the shop again. Also, loved that they provide HIV testing onsite.”

“The ladies who work here were absolute gems and really nice! The place is well-kept unlike most thrift stores I've been to, and the prices are so good it's hard to leave without a basket full of clothes. Definitely our new go-to place for thrifting”

“We went there yesterday, and it was fantastic. The gentleman who was working at the time was very helpful and overall awesome to talk to! The collection of “Junk” in the store Made me feel like a kidney candy store! If we come back to Redondo Beach from Wisconsin we will definitely be back!!”

“My little sister and I came here for a day of thrifting and we had the pleasure of meeting Susie - she is the sweetest person ever! She is such a caring employee. The clothes selection is trendy but a bit over priced. We will definitely be returning because of Susie's hospitality.”

“My rating is based on the old location on 4th street. The guy that worked there was the only reason I went shopping there, he was very nice and very helpful. I tried to go to this new location earlier this week but they closed early. I'll try again soon.”

“Nice thrift store in San Pedro. Very clean and organized. They have AC too! Very important on 95F heat. Run by volunteers. Some of them were teenagers. Everyone was so nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. And the price was amazing! Even less than Goodwill. We found some cute stuff here!”

“These guys are phenomenal, we had a pick up scheduled today and it was raining and they were concerned about the weather conditions and the road and they made it all work. Truly truly saved the day!! Thank you Leo and Jeff! Hope you get a raise!”

“This thrift store is amazing, to put it frank. Their selection and pricing are better than almost any other thrift store I've been to. I've gotten essentially steals like a $14 CD stand worth around $200 (although in somewhat poor condition) and a place to store tapes for only $4. I've gotten mugs, ice cream makers, vinyls, books, vintage TIME magazines, you can find a lot of stuff at prices that might beat stores like Goodwill or The Salvation Army.”

“Very reasonable prices for a lot of home goods, clothing and books. I scored two lovely vintage necklaces and a gold braided belt. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to help.”

“I love this place ! It’s my go to for tools and odd stuff for my art , they have it all and the family that runs it are the nicest you’ll meet. Kika’s daughter runs the business now I believe and does a great job of keeping the store full and orderly yet still gives the feeling of a treasure hunt! Stop by if your ever out that way or at the Pick a parts ! Everything is always 1/2 off the listed price!!!!”

“If you want to support a small, privately owned business, this is the place to shop. I felt like I was walking through someone's home, and everything in it was for sale. Dresser drawers, men and women's clothing, jewelry, rugs, lamps, you name it. Interesting. Gentleman working here is friendly.”

“The good:I found a coffee table here that I'm now using for my courtyard. It's definitely cheaper than what I would've paid if I bought it new or even on fb marketplace. This is a smaller goodwill. It's organized and well kept. More than half the store is for clothes. The bad:The coffee table was missing a metal spoke in the back. The cashier said she'd ask the manager for a discount but the manager said no. Outside of the coffee table, I didn't see many interesting home goods. I'm usually most interested in the plates, pots and vases section but there weren't a lot of great options here. There were very few toys. The interesting:I grew up shopping at goodwill with my dad. Today, I still have a raggedy Ann doll with backwards legs that my dad got for me from goodwill.”

“Finally a community thrift store ACTUALLY helping the community. Love the staff here and the opportunities given to those with employment challenges in a positive and nurturing way. I’ll only take my donations here and love to peak at the revolving inventory.”

“This is a fun thrift store located on Narbonne Avenue just a short distance off of Lomita Boulevard. When you walk into this shop you will be overwhelmed with all kinds of items. They really have a lot of stuff. One of the main things about this shop is that the prices are not very high. Whereas some independent thrift stores tend to put a high dollar amount on their items, this is not the case with this shop. Thus, you can discover some really interesting and unique finds and not have to pay an exorbitant price for them. As can be expected, the shop has a wide variety of items. They have jewelry, books, electronics, clothing, you name it. You never know what you'll find here, and it is always evolving. In terms of parking, there's a lot of street parking in the area, so getting a spot should never be an issue. Overall, if you're in the area, this is a great store to come in and take a look, you never know what you'll find.”

“This store always has great finds! I don't think I've ever come in and left empty handed. I appreciate the way the clothes are organized, and of course the prices are SUPER reasonable. This is probably my favorite consignment/thrift store in Torrance!”

“Walking into Cheap Vintage is like walking into a massive curated time capsule where there is something to appeal to everyone! Pricing was more than reasonable, and the selection was extensive. I snagged a gorgeous desk here the other day and was floored by how knowledgeable and welcoming the owners of the shop were. They went above and beyond to help me pick out a piece and get it back home. I'll definitely be heading back to "Cheap" soon!”
