I’ve used Wag for both boarding and daycare. One of the best things is their 24hr lobby. My dog comes home tired and sleeps after daycare. Boarding has many options from room sizes and extras like treats, or beds for a little extra charge. I’ll continue to use Wag. Employees are always courteous.

I take my dog to daycare at Wag Carson a couple of times per week and have been doing so for about a year and a half. My boy loves it, and even more remarkably, I see genuine love for him from the staff at Wag. It makes me so happy that they seem so excited to see him when I bring him in each day. What’s more, they take great care to know and understand him, and whenever he has off days, behaviorally, that knowledge and understanding feed into how they take care of him and head off any disruptive behavior on those days. Generally speaking, the staff at Wag Carson seem specially trained to handle dogs, individually and as a group, in ways that are loving and healthy and safe for everyone. I’ve come to really trust Wag Carson. Thank y’all very much for your work!

Wag hotel is the best hotel for your pooch. My sky love this place. The staff are si caring and lovable. Highly recommended!!!

Wag Hotel in Carson is terrific -- the love and care they give my dogs when they board is amazing. The staff are all professional and very nice, and the groomer does a terrific job. The facility is exceptionally clean — and because it's staffed 24/7, you can pick up and drop off your dog any time (especially convention for those oddly times flights out of LAX).

The Groomer is excellent at the front. Dess messed up my appointment and I couldn’t get in the day that I was supposed to get in so I had to make other arrangements for two days later and it’s not the first time the front Dess has messed up my appointment.

Im usually always in contact with the night crew & love them!! They always take care of my fur baby. I trust their judgement on my fur babys needs. Love wag, the 24/7 drop off & pick up is essential in my line of work, plus my pup looks forward to going every time! And for any fur baby parents the updates are such a piece of mind that he is well taken care of in their hands. Thank you south bay carson team!

First time for my dog. It’s a full service facility with various size rooms and social rooms. I was able to see him play on the video app. He was having fun.I’ll definitely bring him back next opportunity.The staff is very friendly and loves dogs.

Hands down my favorite spot to take my dog for grooming, all day play (no appointment needed), or overnight stay. They give the best cuts (and really listen to you….figuring out how to cut out matted hair and keeping my dogs hair long without giving an overall shave!) —I don’t trust anyone else now. The staff is super friendly, remember my dog’s name, and make it so easy to drop off and go. I love the easy parking and super clean facilities too. A+!

Love the team at Wag Hotels! They are great with my husky Bonnie. I’ve been coming here for almost two years now and Bonnie stays here about four times a week during the day while I work. The way they treat Bonnie is really genuine and loving. Shout out to Michael, Brittany, Jackie, Sienna, Erin and Austin! I know I am forgetting some names there but thank you all for the great work you do.
