“Castaic Inn, what an experience.
first let me say that the person checking us in was a delight. he entertained our twins with some basic magic tricks, gave them special chocolates from his private stash, and even did some juggling as my wife and i moved our bags into the room.

unfortunately this i where things took a turn for the worse. coming fresh off an exhilarating experience with the front desk clerk we were not prepared for what awaited us in the room. floors were very sticky with some kind of weird black substance. it was so sticky i tripped and hit my head on the table. then my wife had to use the bathroom and the toilet seemed to be already clogged and there was no toilet paper. she went to grab some facial tissue only to have several small roaches crawl out of the kleenes box onto her hand. we were eventually able to get some toilet paper and clean up the floor on our own as the staff refused to acknowledge the spill.
later that night we were woken up at 4am to very loud banging and screaming. one of my sons found several used prophylactics underneath the bed as well as a small bloody rag. we showed this to the new manager and he screamed at us insisting we planted them and that we needed to leave immediately or he would call the sheriff and have us arrested. he also took off his shoe and tried to throw it at our car as we drove away. will not return.”

“Our stay was excellent, with a clean pool and a satisfying breakfast. The waffles were particularly impressive. The host was courteous and a pleasure to interact with. Additionally, the area was surrounded by food trucks, providing incredible dining options within walking distance.”

“Great location walk to Main St, lots of shops and restaurants. Luckily garage had available parking spaces, overflow parking lot has many spaces. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice touch of coffee and juice machines in Lobby. Rooms clean, cozy and comfortable. Bit noisy because of location (street, railroad tracks, ice company, but not horrible, I have sensitive hearing. Breakfast could use some tweaking. Overall I'd stay here again, it's a nice place with good staff.”

“The front desk people were very nice. For the most part Holiday Inn Express Hotels are similar in style, cleanliness and great customer service. This one matchs that description and services. We traveled 7500 miles during the month of July. When we could we stopped at HIEs across the country. Kind care and clean rooms were important to our sanity!?”

“It's definitely the best motel I've stayed in and ever will. I'm super impressed by the updated rooms. Very clean. Anytime I go to Magic Mountain, I will be staying here. Service is excellent as well. Pivi at the front desk was the best. I'm looking forward to many more stays!”

“I was very impressed with every aspect of my stay here. My room was immaculately clean, every staff member I encountered was helpful and polite, and it was hard to identify anything that I didn’t like about this location.

Rooms: Very clean and all basic needs were met. The only potential issue is that microwaves in the room are by request.

Noteworthy details: The facility seemed very fresh and clean. It was nice to stay in a place that did not feel tired and run down!”

“Came here to go to Six Flags Magic Mountain. Very close to the park and easy to access, with also a great view of the park as well. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The service was amazing, they all made sure to make us as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, the fitness center was surprisingly very nice and the pool was great.”

“I stayed herr for a weekend at 6flags. I could basically walk to the park in 25 minutes. Great room! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, nice size smart tv, quiet hotel, great pillows.

The breakfast was a little extra, 25$ to be exact, but it was amazing! The setup was beautiful and delicious. The chef made me a fully loaded omlete that was perfection. Plenty fresh fruit, bacon, fluffy eggs, sausage, pastries, oatmeal, and juice options. Great staff, very friendly and courteous.

I loved the keyless entry. It even made the cutest little jingle when u opened your room door. The virtual check-in/check out from my phone was very convenient.

In a great location, too. Close to gas stations, mcdonalds, wendys, Red Lobster, different coffee selections, Walmart, etc.

I will always be a Hiltons member.”

“I would like to first say how wonderful Tracey, Andrea Hemant were to me during my 6 day stay. I planned on one night and it turned into almost a week. I had to change rooms due to my own non sense but they were very accommodating. I had left my charger and the cleaning staff saved it for me nearly 2 days later after I finally noticed I needed it and she knew exactly where she had stored it away. I locked myself out at 4am and somehow locked the lock that is inside and is there to keep others out. Andrea amd Hemant had to use some tool and not to mention Hemant was asleep at his home and was woken up to rescue me. I ended up with the Flu and Tracey helped me with toast in the morning. They seriously went above and beyond and I will always recommend this place over any other in SCV. I was in the worst spot in my life and they made it a little easier to get through. Sometimes people don’t know how their smile can truly make or break you some days. Thank you all so much for being here for me when I truly felt all alone and scared for my next chapter in life. “Rooms have less lighting than Dubliner tavern. One place to sit in a two bed suite, someone’s dried out rice noodle crusted in the folds of the “swanky swinging seventies” cup-chair, where your knees get more lumens per square inch than any other space in the room. no amenities whatsoever. Fees for everything. Wifi takes LITERALLY 6 hours to get on (3pm to 9pm), then has speeds that only Neo could understand (as in I have used faster dial-up). If I sleep badly tonight the review will be 1 star. lame shame to the Hyatt name, other than a great location for this/that.”

“So I been staying here since February Jonathan and Erwin are very friendly from day one when we checked in they know how to speak to guest not everyone knows how to but anyways, if i have any questions or concerns they always answer them as best as they can. Amy is always helpful and very friendly always happy and greets me walking through the front door from work she is great. Marie is very amazing too she has answered my concerns when we had the power outage few weeks ago when the water was turned off for a whole 10 hours the first time when they installed the new bolier too and she always great with the guest. We have been having issues getting into our front door since day one. Its frustrating at times trying to get to room from a long day of work or when my husband comes home 3am from work trying to get the room but we just deal with that.
