“I'm so thankful to have found Grand American Tire. I was driving from Bakersfield to Orange County, hit a pothole on the 5 and got a tear in one of my front run-flat tires. I could have had a sidewall blowout on the freeway at any point. I called two BMW dealerships whose service centers were open. One BMW service department wouldn't accept walk-in's for service and the other (BMW Sherman Oaks) was accepting walk-in's but told me upfront they wouldn't honor my tire & wheel protection warranty. Why? Because it was a Saturday (and they wouldn't make any money off of it). Thankfully I found Grand American Tire. They were busy but still took me as a walk-in, quickly retrieved a new run-flat tire from their local warehouse before the warehouse closed at 2pm and had my car ready to go in 1 hour. If I was going to pay out of pocket, I'm happy to give my money to the efficient and hard-working team at Grand American Tire. What could have ruined my day only turned out to be a 1 hour wait. You guys take pride in your work and I appreciate you!”

He hired Abel to help with the customers as he can dedicates himself more to the customers car issues.

“Had an amazing experience with American’s Tire in Santa Clarita off Bouquet Cyn. I made an appt online and when walking in the store I was the only person in line and helped right away- it was rare and I was lucky. I had my sensors check since my TPMS was on and learn they had all failed. Was quickly quoted a price and I asked about warranty and other questions. I was satisfied with the employee’s response. He knew & answer all my questions and concerns. So I booked appt to come back another time to get it done and my quote was saved. I was so pleased with the service- he gave me great confidence in what my car need to have done. Since I worked before at Lexus as a service advisor, I was familiar with the process and work to be done and knew the value that their non oem part. Thank you for great service.”
“Fantastic experience with Pete and the crew at SCV Auto Repairs. I grew up in a small town where the local mechanic was everyone's friend and you knew that you could always trust him. That was how I felt working with Pete. He is so knowledgeable and experienced that he could just listen to my car engine and know what was most likely wrong with it. But what impressed me more was that he tried to save me money by addressing the most inexpensive solutions first and then progressed from there. Who else does that in LA. Amazing!! From now I will trust Pete with all my auto servicing and repairs because he is more than my mechanic. He is my friend!”

“Amazing work hands down. I’ve trusted them with all my vehicles for years and have always been impressed. This was the first time I’d taken my car there for body work and paint and once again they didn’t disappoint. Car looked as good as new and paint matched perfectly and it’s a 2009 so I’m sure it wasn’t easy to match. I recommend AAC for anything and everything you may need done.

“One of my tires went flat and despite being a run flat I barely made it to this tire shop. Allan was professional. He told the costs and options and with no pressure. I ended up buying 2 new tires for the rear. The price seemed a little high, but they are high-end tires and it's been awhile since I purchased new tires. Let's be honest, everything is insanely expensive nowadays. The wait was about 2 hours that I spent across the street at Starbucks. Overall, not a bad experience.”

“brought my 2011 Honda Odyssey in for a big timing belt and water pump job, and Daniel took amazing care of me from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, gave me a fair quote, and stuck to it — no surprises.
They even found a broken engine mount while they were in there and replaced it for just the cost of the part, with no extra labor charge. On top of that, they did an oil change and coolant service, all for a price that beat every other quote I got.
My van runs noticeably smoother now, and Daniel was upfront, honest, and professional the entire time. It’s rare to find a shop you can trust — Magic Auto is one of those places. Highly recommend! ??”
