“I had a brief but excellent stop at this shop a few days ago. I thought my steering was a bit wonky driving home from work so I took it in. As soon as I walked in, I was priority #1. He jumped up, listened to my concerns, and said "lets go test drive it" within a minute of me walking in. after the test drive, he immediately put the car in the air and did a thorough check of all the steering and suspension components. he determined that everything looked to he in good shape and that i just need an alignment and he pointed me in the direction of an alignment shop. This tells you that they're honest. I was out of there in no time and he did all of this completely free of charge. This will definitely be my first choice next time i need my car worked on.”

“The ONLY auto service shop I trust anywhere around here!!!My Dad got me turned into Ride-Way a few years back, and I will never go anywhere else now!He is extremely meticulous about taking care of the family cars, and who he trusts to work on them and work with. To me, and I think most people are the same way...finding a trustworthy and reliable and honest auto place is like finding a dentist or doctor you trust.I have always found it very difficult to find one that I completely trust to tell me what issues are actually relevant/necessary, instead of just expecting a long list of services and repairs that "need" to be done that seem to come from a computer read out, and with prices that always make you feel like you have been taken advantage of. Ride-Way is a family-owned business, and it shows in the way they operate and take care of their customers.Saul and Fred (son and father) have always been a pleasure to interact and work with. “Outstanding. It's rare, at least for me, to be impressed by a service industry merchant, especially auto care. Well, I could not be more impressed than I was with my America's Tire experience. Booked the appointment and bought the tires online. Texts and emails followed me up until the morning I showed up. So it started off great and never wavered from that momentum. The tech met me at my car, was professional, courteous and personable. It only got better. I was expecting lollygagging and having to wait for a while but...negative. I walked to Lowe's for what I thought was a far too short visit and again...negative. No sooner did I walk in the front door did a different tech call name. Done and done. “Made an appointment for the next day and was in & out. Needed an estimate for damage caused on the freeway and they charged $50 HUGE difference from 360 Auto, down the street who charged $125 & didnt even bother to list all the damage! The mechanic pointed out all the damage & even placed a zip tie in place to hold me over. 360 Auto never discussed the damage they found. I made an appointment & will gladly take my car here, I have complete confidence in these guys not to railroad me like 360 Auto tried to.”

“Discovered that my Costco tire had a puncture and was leaking air quickly, so I went to a nearby Costco but they wouldnt take me at 4:30pm and said their appointments were booked for a week. Called another Costco and they said the same thing, so I had to find another tire shop. Found Mountain View Tire and Auto and the guy who answered the phone was friendly and said yeah they could take a look and try to repair it, even if it was late in the day. By the time I got to them it was 5:15 pm and they close at 6pm, but they understood my urgency and desperation and kindly took in my car for a look at the leaking tire. They found that it was repairable and did the job quickly for a very reasonable $40. These guys are a life saver and I would recommend them to others!”

“Got my first oil change for my new (used) car here after I saw how low their prices were, which were the cost of the materials and that's it. They let me come in on a Saturday morning without any prior appointment scheduled and got it done in just over 20 minutes. I've never waited less than an hour for a SCHEDULED oil change before, especially on a Saturday morning. Afterwards a nice guy named Dave actually asked me how much I'd sell my car for then proceeded to give me several tips and pointers on how to better take care of my car. Super nice guy. The other workers were just as nice as well. Really all around have not had a better oil change experience.”

“My daughters and I were on a long roadtrip and got the low tire pressure warning in my car after about 7 hours of driving. Pulled over at a gas station and could hear the air leaking. State Tire was a few minutes away. Within a minute after we pulled up, they’d jacked up the car, and spotted the screw in the tire. Within 10 minutes they’d patched the tire and put it back on. We just arrived safely back to our home in New Mexico on that repaired tire— it worked great! Could not beat their help and cost. Thank you so much!”
