“My daughters and I were on a long roadtrip and got the low tire pressure warning in my car after about 7 hours of driving. Pulled over at a gas station and could hear the air leaking. State Tire was a few minutes away. Within a minute after we pulled up, they’d jacked up the car, and spotted the screw in the tire. Within 10 minutes they’d patched the tire and put it back on. We just arrived safely back to our home in New Mexico on that repaired tire— it worked great! Could not beat their help and cost. Thank you so much!”

“I was impressed (in a positive way) by the speedy roadside assistance response time, I was impressed by the diagnosis support (even though the problem was already detected), and I was impressed by the assistance in getting a client back to the mechanic shop in Castaic (CA).Also, the mechanic(s) were professional in their work, and the mechanic(s) were professional in their approach in getting my client a brand-new radiator and replacing the damaged radiator. The entire repair took about 4 hours (including the dispatching for the roadside assistance). It appears as if Freightliner Cascadias utilize some type of plastic outlining around their metal radiators, while having additional support (metal "arms") with bolting their radiators to the engine block instead of the chassis (like Peterbilt or Kenworth). Thus, causing the vibration(s) from the engine to "trickle" to the radiator. SMH! Whatever.Nevertheless, Benny's Diesel Road Services got my client back onto the proverbial road in about 4 hours (with a brand-new radiator), in which my client was still able to deliver the load assignment in Porterville (CA) and pickup & deliver the backhaul load assignment from Stockton (CA) to Santa Maria (CA). AMAZING! What a GREAT "rebound" way to close-out 'the books' for 2023! If my client were to utilize our Platinum Freightliner Warranty and wait for approval, my client would still be at a mechanic shop somewhere."Shout-out" to Benny's Diesel Road Services for the AWESOME service!! Great way to earn repeat business! Please don't judge a proverbial book by its cover (when dealing with Benny's Diesel Road Services) and if you encounter a diesel mechanical problem at the base or within the 5,000ft "grapevine" mountains between Los Angeles County and Kern Couty, give Benny's Diesel Road Services in Castaic (CA) a telephone call. I had a POSITIVE experience!”

“We just bought our Little Guy MiniMax trailer from Mason at Parkway RV, and we couldn’t be happier with our whole experience! Mason was very helpful in explaining things and making sure we knew how everything worked, and he worked with the service crew to make sure every detail of the trailer was right when we picked it up. These guys are honest and hardworking - can’t recommend them highly enough!”

“I’m the sly tow truck driver that was talked about in someone else’s review of my good friends shop. Not only am I the sly tow truck driver but I’m also the sly owner of the tow truck company that towed this gentleman’s vehicle to MB Auto. Just to clarify because there’s definitely been some misconstrued information said about myself and MB Auto that I’d like to clarify with facts. Never ever have I or any of my drivers taken any kind of payment or payments for dropping any vehicles off at MB Auto or any other shop for that matter, that is not how we work nor is it a business practice for us! If I found out that any of my drivers were practicing this kind of thing with any auto shop they wouldn’t have a job for very long! The gentleman in question was broken down on the grapevine which my company patrols on a 24 hour basis and his insurance company was the one that contracted my company to tow his vehicle to a place of his choosing. This certain gentleman was upset that he had to pay out of pocket for the tow that he requested due to the distance and he made it known to me that he wasn’t happy about it! He had left his vehicle unattended on the side of the I-5 Southbound near Templin Highway in the city of Castaic. I simply suggested a closer shop so that he wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket and his service then be covered fully thru his insurance. So yes, I did lower my rates in the process to help this gentlemen save some money. He first wanted to check the ratings of MB Auto online before changing the location which he did while we were on the line together. He saw the wonderful ratings that MB Auto had and also asked me about the shop in which I told him that I trust Byron at MB Auto 100%, that he works on my tow trucks, my personal vehicles and all of my family’s vehicles. Not once have I ever had any issues with MB Auto and anyone that I’ve ever sent there has never had one bad thing to say about MB Auto and that is why I feel comfortable towing anyone’s vehicle to MB Auto because I know Byron will always be 100% honest and upfront about everything! This gentleman’s vehicle was truly in very bad condition, wasn’t well maintained whatsoever and from what I saw the reason why his vehicle was making that shaking noise was because he had the wrong size lug nuts on all his tires with a few of the studs stripped out which again happens when you don’t regularly maintain your vehicle. Byron let this gentleman know ahead of time that the inspection would be $150.00 not $850.00 and that it was going to be a few dollars extra to replace the lug nuts and replace the stripped studs. The gentleman kindly refused having to pay for any extra work other than the inspection of $150.00. Byron even kindly let the gentleman know that if he wanted he could re-tighten the lug nuts that were loose and he could come pick up his vehicle and drive it home but that at some point he would need to replace those lug nuts and studs. The gentleman then only had an inspection fee of $150.00 which is customary at any auto shop but the gentleman decided to not answer any calls after that and showed up later in the day In another vehicle and walked onto the shop property while his vehicle was in MB Auto’s possession and used his spare key to basically take his car so he wouldn’t have to pay the $150.00 inspection fee that he already had agreed upon with Byron. So he basically stole his car without paying the bill and took off and then when Byron called him he angrily cursed and yelled at Byron that he’s a dishonest mechanic etc etc to make himself feel better. Who does that kind of stuff? Then has the audacity to post a horrible review of the shop which if you check his google, he’s left over 200 negative reviews of other well established businesses in the past! Just shows you the kind of people we have out here in this world today. I stand by MB Auto 100% and I will always take vehicles there because I know Byron will always be honest and upfront about everything!”
