I got a on time appointment. Why you guys can delay my appointment? What’s the meaning for the appointment? If you can’t make it, why open that appointment slot for customers?

I visit this branch frequently. The staff is okay—not particularly passionate, but not impatient either. However, I always have to wait in an extremely long line.
