“We’ve been banking here for years and I can honestly say it’s the best experience we’ve ever had with a bank. The manager, Susan, and assistant manager, Princess, are always welcoming, attentive, and go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Whether it’s personal or business banking, they treat us like family and truly care about our success. We left our other bank due to lack of attentiveness and customer service and it was by far, the right decision. I can't speak for the other locations, but I would highly recommend this CV branch!”

“Patelco is the best Credit Union and personal bank you can find! They do an excellent job of protecting your digital transactions. Best customer experience of any bank I've used in the past 30 years. They also have a top notch fraud investigating team. I recent had my card number stole while shopping at a small SF retail shop. By the time I got back to my car, Patelco was calling to alert me that same card was trying to purchase an iPhone 14 and the SF Apple store. Thank God for the good folks at Patelco! I feel confident when using there Mastercard card to make purchases :)”
“This review is for Mel. Although Mel was working at the teller booth, it’s clear that her commitment goes far beyond that role. I had been visiting several U.S. Bank branches and speaking with multiple associates while trying to obtain a couple of important documents related to my account, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to make any progress.
When I arrived at the Castro Valley branch (located inside Safeway), I was already feeling quite discouraged based on my earlier experiences. However, Mel completely changed that experience for me. She listened patiently to my situation, took the time to understand what I needed, and went above and beyond by reaching out to the right people to help resolve the issue. Thanks to her persistence and willingness to help, I was finally able to leave with the documents I needed.
This was, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve had at any U.S. Bank branch. Thank you, Mel, for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication.
