Made appointment to do taxes with preparer who then told me it would take to long and to just leave it with them. (The appointment was made specifically to do the taxes with the preparer in person so if there were any questions they could be answered by me) What happened next:
Made mistakes on Tax return
Did not do what they said
poor communication
Questioning skills and knowledge of the people that work there
Incurred tax penalties for mistakes(never in my life happened before)
Manager had poor customer service skills
Will never go to this office again!!

Overpriced fees for incomplete service. I usually prepare for my return by myself, but tried their service for the first time. The person who assigned to me lied about an additional filing I specifically asked her in advance. If she did not know about it, she should have said so I had not asked her. And you will find out all these issues after you paid; otherwise you cannot review your return. Just a rip off for such bad service.
