They took care of everything from start to finish including managing permits and inspections. “HB Kitchen & Bath Inc. was the best service I could've asked for. I recently bought a new house that was in dire need of renovation when my friend referred me to this company. They told me they'd once had HB Kitchen & Bath Inc. remodel their bathroom and were amazed at the seamless work. The biggest shock to me was when they mentioned the price; it was considerably lower than any other service I could find around my area.
I contacted the project manager who handled the job extremely well. He and his crew consulted me every step of the way and got my full confirmation before moving on. I was impressed at how quick and meticulous the work was. They helped remodel our bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms and transformed it into a new house! Their commitment to quality and detail greatly impressed me.
I was most impressed by their amazing client support. The general manager Aidan was especially accommodating and helped communicate every aspect of the situation. Aidan was a very friendly person and had a gentle demeanor. He handled most of the logistics and always responded quickly when prompted to. Aidan also made many suggestions along the way that I found very useful. This advice turned the job into something beyond my expectations.

“I needed a specific refrigerator. I called Appliance, talk to Shaun on the phone, he had it in stock and he could deliver it that day. Is delivery guys are up, and he delivered it to me that afternoon personally. This was for a tenant whose refrigerator went out so time is important. Was very satisfied with that.

Next day, another refrigerator went out he secured one for me, and delivered it through his guys and they came on time and took it to a second floor and took the old refrigerator away. I don’t get this kind of service from any other appliance store I deal with. And I will never deal with Airport Appliance again unless I really have to. They’re awful.”

“Fourth generation living in a small two bedroom one bath home. Always had vision of moving wall and creating space for a normal size shower. “After a frustrating go with another cabinet company, Brad McCarthy swooped in and saved us. He took the time to come out to our house, and measure, as our previous measurements were off - he also personally oversaw our order and made sure everything was right. We had been through quite a bit of previous construction related issues, and Brad was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our process was stress free and successful. Brad answered our multitude of questions, and showed us as many samples, and work-ups as we needed. The plans were phenomenal - crystal clear, and really allowed us to envision what we were getting. He was also very respectful of our budget and did not push us to go over budget at all. He kept us up-to-date regularly and was upfront about what the timeline was in light of all the supply chain issues at the time. We ended up with GORGEOUS cabinets in our fabulous kitchen. “It's one thing to have a great selection, showroom, and friendly sales staff. That'll get you 3 stars. Good follow up support though, that's what really marks the difference IMO. I picked up our order a long time ago, and due to some permitting issues we weren't able to get to fixture installation until many months later. At that time, it appeared I'd lost one of the items. I bought it elsewhere and forgot all about it.
