I called the Castro Valley office yesterday. Christa talked me through downloading the app and how to reserve a spot. I then went to the retail location on Grove Way where Peggy assisted me with purchasing moving boxes and tape. Both were exceptionally nice and helpful! Excellent service!! Thank you!!
